Se reporta la primera víctima de Tormenta Franklin en San Cristóbal.

Una persona resultó ahogada al ser arrastrada por las aguas del río en San Cristóbal.

Se trata del joven Carlos Marino Martínez de 23 años de edad quien se convierte en la primera víctima falta provocada por las lluvias causadas por el paso de la Tormenta Tropical Franklin por el país.
