Presidente Abinader encabeza inicio obras EGEHID con inversión superior a 287 millones de pesos.

_Inspecciona trabajos adecuación cañada Tenguerengue, jornada Primero Tú con más de 3,000 personas, entrega 500 tarjetas Supérate e inaugura programa Oportunidad 14-24 en Arroyo Cano._

 

Bohechío, San Juan. – La mañana de este lunes el presidente Luis Abinader continuó su agenda para el desarrollo de la provincia San Juan al encabezar un primer palazo que representa una inversión de 287,747,081 pesos.

 

Este monto será destinado para la rehabilitación del acceso carretero a la Central Hidroeléctrica Palomino, la protección de la vía contra derrumbes y la terminación de los diques nuevo y viejo, a cargo de la Empresa de Generación Hidroeléctrica Dominicana, EGEHID.

 

El administrador de EGEHID, Rafael Salazar, resaltó que con estos trabajos se busca también dinamizar la economía de las comunidades aledañas, contratando personal de la zona, comprando a las ferreterías locales y adquiriendo otros servicios, llevando así bienestar a los munícipes.

 

Decenas de estos se dieron cita al acto, entre ellos, José Francisco Abreu, quien en representación de todos, aseguró es también responsabilidad de los comunitarios poner de su parte para el progreso de dichas áreas.

 

Desglose de obras

Los trabajos para el tramo carretero conllevan una inversión de 87,758,632.48 pesos y contemplan también la ampliación de la plataforma en zonas de derrumbes, construcción de drenaje transversal y longitudinal y muros en gaviones para beneficiar las comunidades de Buena Vista, El Palmar, Arroyo Cano, La Piedra, La Guama, Guayuyal, entre otros.

 

Otros 89,253,901.52 pesos será destinados para la construcción de barreras flexibles y dinámicas para proveer protección especial contra derrumbes y caídas de rocas así como para la estabilización de taludes en zonas críticas.

 

Mientras que para la terminación de los diques nuevo y viejo se utilizarán 110,734,547.76 pesos impactando a unas 14,265 tareas y 463 usuarios agrupados en 9 asociaciones. Estos diques alimentan 25 km de canales principales y siete canales laterales.

 

Supervisa trabajos de adecuación de la cañada Tenguerengue

 

Previo a su traslado a la jornada Primero Tú, el presidente Abinader supervisó los trabajos de adecuación de la cañada Tenguerengue, en San Juan, que tendrá revestimiento en cajón en casi 3 kilómetros, la construcción del dique de Yábano y rehabilitación del canal de ese sistema de riego de 2.5 km, en la comunidad de Cuenda.

 

Con esta intervención se busca poner fin al foco de insalubridad al que vivía expuesta la ciudadanía de esta zona.

 

Visita concurrida jornada Primero Tú 

El presidente Abinader continuó con una visita a la concurrida Jornada de Inclusión Social “Primero Tú”, que realizó Dirección de Proyectos Estratégicos y Especiales de la Presidencia (PROPEEP) en la escuela básica Buena Vista del Yaque.

 

En la jornada fueron beneficiadas más de 3,400 personas pertenecientes al Distrito Municipal de Yaque, municipio Bohechio que comprende los parajes Loma de Yaque, Coco de Yaque, Buena Vista, El Naranjo, La Piedra, El Palmar, La Verdad, Gajo Largo, La Guama, Los Circuitos y Guayuyal.

 

Al hablar a los presentes en la jornada número 48, el mandatario expresó que con esta acción cumple con la responsabilidad del Gobierno de duplicar todas las ayudas sociales para la gente.

 

«Este gobierno es su Gobierno, es para ustedes para solucionar los problemas de la gente», manifestó Abinader.

 

En esta jornada, también fueron entregadas 500 tarjetas del programa Supérate, que marcan el inicio de la entrega de 4,500 para toda la provincia, lo que representa 23,500 nuevos beneficiarios en la gestión del Presidente Abinader en San Juan.

 

Además fueron inscritas unas 1,000 personas para ser incluidas como nuevos beneficiarios de este programa social del Gobierno.

 

Inaugura programa Oportunidad 14-24 en Arroyo Cano

 

Posteriormente, el gobernante inauguró el centro de capacitación técnico profesional número 68 y 69 del programa Oportunidad 14-24 y el número 9 para la provincia San Juan, en el que 108 jóvenes empezarán a recibir preparación en distintas áreas para que puedan emprender sus propios negocios o insertarse en el mercado laboral del país.

 

El programa puesto en marcha por el Gabinete de Políticas Sociales de la Presidencia, funcionará en la Escuela Vocacional de las Fuerzas Armadas y el Centro Tecnológico Comunitario (CTC), del Distrito Municipal de Arroyo Cano.

El presidente Abinader dijo que Oportunidad 14-24 complementa todos los programas educativos con una doble función de educación y prevención.

 

Dijo que estas instalaciones representan para los jóvenes esperanza y futuro porque podrán estudiar varias carreras técnicas que les van a posibilitar un mayor acceso a oportunidades laborales.

 

«Estamos aquí con el Plan de Desarrollo Económico de San Juan que es cambiar el círculo vicioso de la pobreza por el círculo virtuoso del desarrollo y este es un pedacito de este círculo virtuoso», manifestó.

 

Sostuvo que preparándose y capacitándose los jóvenes tienen futuro, por lo que les motivó a olvidarse de cualquier otro camino diferente al estudio y la preparación porque solo les conducen al fracaso económico y social.

 

«Aprovechen estás oportunidades que su gobierno se las ofrece para que puedan cambiar sus vidas para siempre» expresó el mandatario.

En tanto, el coordinador general del Gabinete de Políticas Sociales de la Presidencia, Tony Peña Guaba, dijo que este programa sigue avanzando con una serie de beneficios, como uno de los programas más completos de América Latina. Informó que en los próximos días se abrirán dos nuevos centros en Azua y que una gran parte de la formación que dará en el Sur estará orientada al turismo

 

De su lado, el director ejecutivo del programa Oportunidad 14-24, Alex Mordán, expuso que se trabaja para institucionalizar y automatizar los procesos en esta iniciativa que es una oportunidad y una salida para una vida de éxito para los jóvenes.

 

Del mismo modo, el director de los Centros Tecnológicos Comunitarios (CTC), Isidro Torres, señaló que esta acción del gobierno representa una oportunidad para los jóvenes crear una base y continuar con una formación universitaria.

 

También, el director general del Instituto de Formación Técnico Profesional (INFOTEP), Rafael Santos Badía, informó que se ha llegado un acuerdo con el CTC de esta localidad para diversificar las acciones formativas que desarrolla la institución que dirige y además, se dará apoyo con profesores.

 

Mientras que, el director de las Escuelas Vocacionales de las Fuerzas Armadas y la Policía Nacional, mayor general Juan José Otaño Jiménez, indicó que unos 17 espacios de esta institución sirven de plataforma para los distintos programas de inclusión social del Gobierno.

 

En nombre de los beneficiarios del programa habló Génesis Comas Sánchez, quien expresó su agradecimiento al mandatario por pensar en los jóvenes y en su desarrollo y dijo que hoy se abren las puertas del progreso augurando un futuro mejor.

 

Inauguraciones en Azua

En horas de la tarde, el presidente Abinader se trasladó a la provincia de Azua donde inauguró, junto al alcalde Ruddy González, la entrada a la ciudad en sentido este-oeste, así como las remodelaciones del parque principal Juan Pablo Duarte y el Estadio Américo Hernández.

 

Al tomar la palabra, la gobernadora Grey Pérez y el padre Duván López, agradecieron las renovadas instalaciones que evidencian el apoyo del presidente a esta provincia y que propician la sana recreación y práctica del deporte.

En las actividades acompañaron al presidente Abinader el ministro Administrativo de la Presidencia, José Ignacio Paliza; la gobernadora de San Juan, Elvira Corporán; el viceministro Administrativo y Financiero Igor Rodríguez; el director del INAPA, Wellington Arnaud; el director de la Comisión Presidencial de Apoyo al Desarrollo Provincial, Angel de la Cruz; la alcaldesa Hanoi Sánchez; el alcalde por Bohechío, Luis Emilio de León; el director del Distrito Municipal de Arroyo Cano, Agustín Amaury Sánchez; los diputados Frank Ramírez y Nidio Encarnación y la encargada del programa de inserción laboral, Juana Paredes.
