Detienen presunto homicida de un adolescente de 15 años encontrado muerto en solar baldío en SPM.

SAN PEDRO DE MACORIS. – La Policía Nacional informó la tarde de este lunes, el apresamiento de un hombre señalado como el autor de ultimar un menor de edad el pasado domingo, en el sector Placer Bonito de San Pedro de Macorís.

El detenido responde al nombre de Ernesto Valdez Ozoria, (a) Kenny, de 37 años de edad, residente en el sector Barrio Blanco.

 

Valdez Ozoria está siendo señalado como el autor de darle muerte a estocadas al menor Ezequiel Reyes (a) El Gordo, de 15 años de edad.

 

El cadáver de Reyes fue encontrado en la calle Hermana Mirabal del sector Placer Bonito de esa ciudad.

La parte policial indica que el detenido, al ser cuestionado verbalmente admitió haber cometido el hecho de sangre por motivos de celos.

Además, la parte policial agrega que Valdez Ozoria cometió el crimen, al enterarse que su expareja tenía una relación amorosa con el hoy occiso.

 

También, el presunto homicida supuestamente confesó que tras darse cuenta del romance, le pidió al adolescente acompañarlo a buscar algo que había guardado en un solar baldío de la calle Hermana Mirabal del sector Placer Bonito, una vez allí sacó un arma blanca y le propinó las heridas que le causaron la muerte.

Valdez Ozoria supuestamente añadió que al cometer la acción se dirigió al mercado municipal de esa ciudad, donde lanzó a una cisterna el arma homicida tipo sevillana. Luego se trasladó a su residencia llevando consigo el teléfono celular de la víctima, el cual destruyó y arrojó a una casa en construcción próximo a donde reside y las demás partes la lanzó al interior de una empresa ubicada en el lugar.

Las pertenencias y objetos usados por el victimario fueron recuperados por miembros de la Subdirección Regional de Investigaciones Criminales (Dicrim), junto a la Policía Preventiva en compañía de la Unidad de Rescate Departamento de Operaciones Defensa Civil.

El detenido será presentado ante el Ministerio Público para los fines legales correspondientes.
