Las demarcaciones con la alerta amarilla son Santo Domingo, Puerto Plata, San Cristóbal y el Distrito Nacional, en tanto, con la alerta verde están Santiago, Monseñor Nouel, San Pedro de Macorís, Samaná, La Vega, Hato Mayor, Duarte y María Trinidad Sánchez.
El boletín emitido al mediodía por el COE establece que en Santiago producto de las lluvias ocurrió un deslizamiento de tierra, colapsando totalmente una vivienda, donde resultaron con afectadas Yuleisy García y su hija menor, quienes fueron trasladas a los Hospitales Arturo Grullón y José María Cabral y Báez.
El COE exhortó a la población y a los organismos de primera respuesta a darle un estricto seguimiento a la restricción contenida en el informe marino de la Oficina Nacional de Meteorología (Onamet).
