Sismo causó temor a los residentes de Navarrete y Villa González en la madrugada de hoy miércoles.

El sismo de magnitud 4.4 registrado la madrugada de este miércoles, levantó de sus camas a los residentes en los municipios de Navarrete y Villa González, próximo donde tuvo lugar el epicentro del movimiento telúrico.

Los moradores en ambas demarcaciones expresaron que desde que despertaron con el temblor no pudieron volver a conciliar el sueño.

«Me levanté de la cama pensando que era un ladrón que estaba entrando a la casa», declaró Pablo Disla, residente en Navarrete.

Contó que vio muchos de sus vecinos salir nerviosos de sus viviendas.

El movimiento se sintió también en Santiago, Esperanza, Jicomé, Altamira, Imbert, Puerto Plata y otras localidades de la región.
