Espaillat, RD.- La vicepresidenta de la República, Raquel Peña, encabezó este jueves la reinauguración del polideportivo de Sameji de Santiago y la construcción del club Dolores Luna (Mamá Lola) del municipio de Juan López, en la provincia de Espaillat.
Los funcionarios coincidieron en que el presidente Luis Abinader trabaja para legar espacios de recreación donde puedan desarrollar su máximo potencial.
Los trabajos de readecuación del polideportivo y la construcción del club se realizaron a través del Ministerio de Deportes, a un costo de 22 millones de pesos.
La vicepresidenta sostuvo que con cada instalación deportiva que se ha inaugurado, rehabilitado o remozado en la gestión de gobierno del presidente Luis Abinader, se garantiza que todas las comunidades tengan valiosas oportunidad de desarrollo y bienestar, especialmente para los jóvenes.
“Cada cancha, polideportivo y estadio construido o mejorado es una inversión en el futuro de nuestra juventud y, por ende, en el futuro del país”, precisó Raquel Peña
De su lado, el ministro Francisco Camacho aseguró que las instalaciones fueron totalmente remozadas, reparadas o construidas para que perduren por muchos años por la calidad de los trabajos que hicieron en las mismas.
Destacó el funcionario que estas instalaciones impactan también a toda la comunidad de los sectores y barrios donde están ubicados estos clubes.
