Sánchez, Samaná. – El presidente Luis Abinader realizó una visita al Distrito Municipal de Sánchez de la provincia de Samaná donde supervisó el programa de la Ruta de la Salud para prevención de enfermedades después del huracán Fiona e invitó a la población a aprovechar los servicios brindados.

 

Allí felicitó al Ministerio de Salud, al Servicio Nacional de Salud y a PROMESECAL por el plan preventivo, así como a las demás instituciones públicas por el compromiso demostrado y la acción “con sentido de urgencia”.

 

«Toda la estructura de Gobierno, desde construcciones hasta Salud Pública, están activas en todas estas áreas para llevarlas a la normalidad», destacó el presidente.

 

Así mismo, anunció que comunicará al Consejo Dominicano de Pesca y Acuicultura (CODOPESCA), para que restablezca los permisos de pesca en esta provincia y en todo el país.

De su lado el ministro de Salud Pública, Daniel Rivera, expresó que en la plazoleta de Sánchez se instalaron cuatro módulos hospitalarios con servicios apoyados por el Servicio Nacional de Salud y el Hospital Ramón De Lara de la Fuerza Área Dominicana.

 

Allí se brindan servicios de medicina general, pediatría, ginecología, salud mental, vacunación y pruebas COVID-19, en las que todas resultaron negativas.

 

Al hablar con periodistas, el mandatario recalcó que es un tiempo de trabajar juntos, con orden, disciplina, prudencia y sentido de justicia para ver “un pueblo unido trabajando en su recuperación con la ayuda del Gobierno”.

 

Del mismo modo, recordó que el gobierno cuenta con todos los recursos para llevar la mano amiga a las familias que han perdido sus pertenencias y viviendas.

 

Entregan RD$ 3 millones a alcaldía de Sánchez

 

El ministro Administrativo de la Presidencia, José Ignacio Paliza, quien coordina las ayudas del gobierno en esta provincia, entregó tres millones de pesos al alcalde del distrito municipal de Sánchez, Ynocencio de Jesús, para la logística de levantamiento de los trabajos de ayuda de la población.

 

Los mismos llegarán a todos sin distinción de bandera política porque “la población está por encima de cualquier propósito”, indicó Paliza.

 

En rueda de prensa, recordó que 60 mil planchas de zinc y seis patanas de madera están distribuidas en Las Terrenas, Sánchez, Samaná, Las Galeras y una parte permanece en el centro de acopio de la Fortaleza Santa Bárbara.

 

Brigadas del MIVED y la Comisión Presidencial de Desarrollo Provincial están interviniendo techos con 35 brigadas en Samaná, 10 en Las Galeras y otras 10 en Las Terrenas.

 

Los Comedores Económicos con capacidad de hasta 16 mil raciones diarias de comida están en Sánchez, Samaná y Las Terrenas y se están distribuyendo enseres del hogar para ayudar a familias que lo han perdido todo.
