Azua.- El presidente Luis Abinader inauguró este sábado el proyecto habitacional de inclusión social Eco-Hábitat Ángel Darío Ramírez, en el Distrito Municipal El Barro Arriba, de esta provincia, consistente en 100 casas que beneficiarán a igual número de familias que vivían en condiciones de pobreza extrema.

El jefe de Estado hizo el corte de cinta, acompañado del ministro Neney Cabrera, encargado de la Dirección de Proyectos Estratégicos y Especiales de la Presidencia (Propeep), que ejecutó la construcción de las eco-viviendas.

El mandatario aseguró que su Gobierno continúa trabajando en favor de quienes más lo necesitan y dijo que este tipo de casas son especiales porque entran dentro de la economía circular que ha permitido la limpieza de las cañadas con la recogida de los plásticos que se usaron como elementos para su fabricación.

 

«A ustedes los felicito a todos los que van a recibir hoy. Estamos haciendo es un acto de justicia porque sabemos que ustedes lo necesitan, que son de la comunidad y que van a vivir con mucho más tranquilidad, mucho mayor tranquilidad de vida», expresó.

 

Y agregó: «Les puedo decir que se ha convertido en uno de los objetivos de políticas públicas de los últimos años y van a vivir con mucho mayor felicidad que es lo que buscamos».

 

Destacó que esta obra del Gobierno beneficia a uno de los distritos más empobrecidos de Azua y del país que aprenderán una nueva forma de vida con energía solar, en un ambiente sostenible y de protección al medio ambiente y con menores costos.

 

Dijo, además que, esta va a ser una comunidad segura donde tendrán incluidos los diversos servicios que requieren las familias.

 

El gobernante indicó que estas viviendas deben de ser modelos para que se puedan replicar tanto de manera general como particular en una comunidad.

 

Abinader señaló que se ha aprovechado el candente sol de esta provincia de Azua para convertirlo en energía limpia, que además, es una inversión económicamente factible.

 

Al entregar las casas, Abinader destacó la importancia del proyecto, con el que asegura el Gobierno mejora y dignifica la calidad de vida de las 100 familiares beneficiadas, que vivían en pequeñas viviendas bajo condiciones de pobreza extrema.

 

Iniciativa urbanística innovadora

 

En tanto, el ministro Cabrera agradeció al munícipe Ángel Darío Ramírez, por la donación de los terrenos, de quien alabó su desprendimiento y actitud humana en favor de familias en condiciones de pobreza.

 

Refirió que Eco-hábitat Ángel Darío Ramírez, es una iniciativa urbanística innovadora y creativa, segura y sostenible, que fue posible por el apoyo y la voluntad de un presidente que gobierna para la inclusión social y la dignificación humana.

 

Sostuvo que el proyecto es una prueba visible de que el presidente Abinader trabaja para transformar la sociedad dominicana, terminar la inercia del pasado que genera pobreza y alcanzar un modelo de convivencia ciudadana que fomente el uso responsable de la tecnología sustentable.

 

Neney Cabrera explicó que el proyecto se desarrolló en un área de 25 mil 208 metros cuadrados, con una inversión de 184 millones 459 mil 444 pesos, donde cada vivienda consta de 44 metros cuadrados de construcción, con galería, sala, comedor, cocina, dos habitaciones y un baño construidos con muros de poliestireno expandido, con perfilaría de aluminio liviano antisísmico, además agua potable, drenaje sanitario y zona para reciclar.

 

El ministro detalló que las viviendas dispondrán de paneles solares que producirán energía alternativa fotovoltaica, con una capacidad de 500 watts, un jardín frontal y un patio que permitirá a las familias compartir con sus hijos, parientes y vecinos y trabajan para instalar redes de Wi-fi gratuito para los los residentes.

 

El funcionario añadió además, que el área dispondrá de un sistema de drenaje sanitario, vías de circulación vehicular, áreas peatonales y recreativas, parqueos y los principales servicios públicos, cómo cajeros automáticos, comedor económico y un minimercado de INESPRE fijo.

 

Cabrera indicó que también contarán con un destacamento policial, dos aulas para la formación técnica y profesional dirigido por las Escuelas Vocacionales de las Fuertes Armadas y la Policía Nacional, con oficina y baños; un centro de cuidado infantil, una iglesia católica, una cancha mixta para practicar baloncesto y voleibol, una Unidad de Atención Primaria, una farmacia de Promese- Cal y verja perimetral para la protección y seguridad de los munícipes.

 

Destacó que en «esa nueva comunidad verde» se fomentará la cultura ciudadana responsable, con normativas urbanas, iluminación exterior y clasificación adecuada de los desechos.

 

Cabrera manifestó que con ese objetivo se aplicará un programa de inducción y formación de convivencia y concientización de tres meses, que coordinar Propeep y dónde participará la Policía Nacional, el Sistema Nacional de Salud (SNS), el Ministerio de Salud Pública y Promese- Cal.

 

De su lado, el director de la Junta Distrital El Barro, Ángel Beltré, expresó que lo que fue un sueño para los comunitarios hoy se ha convertido en una realidad gracias al accionar del Gobierno del presidente Abinader que ha pensado en la gente y dijo que este es el comienzo porque confían en que faltan muchas obras.

Posteriormente, el presidente Abinader dejó iniciados los trabajos de construcción del Hospital Traumatológico Taiwán -19 de Marzo, en esta provincia de la región Sur, el cual beneficiará a más de 250,000 personas.

 

En el acto, el titular del Servicio Nacional de Salud (SNS), doctor Mario Lama, quien acompañó al presidente durante el primer palazo, resaltó la importancia de la obra que va a favorecer a los habitantes de la zona Sur y a reforzar el sistema de salud en atenciones traumatológicas del país, además de disminuir la mortalidad y discapacidad que producen las lesiones por accidentes.

 

“El compromiso asumido para garantizar la salud de la población está claramente plasmado en los trabajos de construcción, remodelación y equipamiento de los centros de la Red Pública, realizados desde el SNS, para que los servicios estén a disposición de todos, sin distinción social o económica, en el sitio pertinente, las 24 horas del día y los siete días de la semana”, enfatizó.

 

Asimismo, Lama explicó que los trabajos de construcción incluyen una Emergencia con Sala de Espera y baños independientes, áreas de Triaje, Observación con siete camas, Traumashock, Yeso con dos camillas y Toma de Muestra. Además, Unidad de Imágenes Médicas que dispondrá de Rayos X, Sonografía, Resonancia Magnética y Tomografía.

 

En las instalaciones del nuevo hospital traumatológico se habilitarán seis consultorios, área Administrativa, Farmacia, Cocina y Lavandería. También abarcará el Bloque Quirúrgico con tres Quirófanos, área de médicos con sus vestidores, áreas de Esterilización, Post y Prequirúrgico con cuatro camas cada uno y un stock de medicamentos.

 

De igual manera, contará con Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI) con seis camas y dos de aislamiento, descanso para el personal de salud; un Laboratorio con Toma de Muestra, Esterilización y espacio de análisis.

 

Igualmente, tendrá un Bloque de Internamiento con doce habitaciones de dos camas y cuatro privadas; Unidad de Fisiatría con dos consultorios, sala de Espera, zona de procedimientos, tres espacios de agentes fisiológicos, terapia del lenguaje y mecanoterapia.

 

Asiste a inauguración de parque fotovoltáico y línea de llenado UHT

Más temprano, el presidente Abinader asistió a la inauguración del parque fotovoltáico y puesta en funcionamiento de la línea 2 de llenado UHT de la planta pasteurizadora Ysura, de la Cooperativa Agropecuaria de Ganaderos del Sur (COOPESUR).

 

El parque fotovoltáico conllevó una inversión de 36 millones de pesos, financiado por el Banco Agrícola a tasa cero.

 

Al hablar brevemente en el acto, el mandatario reafirmó el apoyo del Gobierno al sector ganadero y lechero de la provincia.

 

«Aquí en Coopesur, Ysura pueden ustedes contar con todo nuestro apoyo como lo hemos hecho para tanto la planta Fotovoltaica como para la línea de llenado UHT 2 para el beneficio del sector ganadero-lechero que es la misma dirección del beneficio del pueblo dominicano», agregó.

 

Además, explicó que se están retomando las políticas para fortalecer el sector tras subir los costos de producción y la materia prima que afectó a nivel mundial luego de la pandemia.

 

De su lado, el presidente del consejo de administración de COOPESUR, Luis Alberto Pérez, expresó que estas iniciativas afianzan el desarrollo sostenido e integral de esta cooperativa.

 

«Es un día de regocijo para la familia ganadera de la región sur, puesto que tenemos la grata visita de nuestro presidente democrático, honesto, transparente y preocupado por los productores y por la producción del sector agropecuario agroindustrial de la República Dominicana. Un presidente al que podemos llamar amigo de los hombres de trabajo, un hombre sencillo siempre escucha a los más necesitados de su pueblo», manifestó Pérez.

 

Asistieron a las actividades el presidente de la Cámara de Diputados, Alfredo Pacheco; los ministros de Turismo, David Collado; Agricultura, Limber Cruz; la Senadora de Azua, Lía Díaz; el viceministro Administrativo de la Presidencia, Igor Rodríguez; el director general de las Escuelas Vocacionales de las FF.AA y la P.N, el mayor general del ER, Juan José Otaño Jiménez.

 

Tambien, el viceministro de Vivienda, Ney García; el administrador del Banco Agrícola, Fernando Durán; el presidente del INDOTEL, Nelson Arroyo; los directores, de INESPRE, Iván Hernández, del IAD, Guillermo García; de PROMESECAL, Adolfo Pérez; del SNS, Mario Lama; el asesor agropecuario del Poder Ejecutivo, Eric Rivero; el presidente de la Comisión Presidencial de Apoyo al Desarrollo Barrial, Rolfi Rojas.

 

De igual forma, los diputados, Carlos Ramírez y Brenda Ogando; el asesor de COOPESUR, Francisco Antonio Matos (Víctor); la gobernadora por la provincia de Azua, Grey Pérez; el alcalde de Azua, Ruddy González y el facilitador del terreno, Ángel Dario Ramírez.
