Presidente Abinader entrega 923 títulos de propiedad en Tamayo que benefician a más de 3,692 personas

_Mandatario dice que más allá de ser una necesidad, tener una vivienda digna y certidumbre es un derecho que asiste a todos los dominicanos._

Tamayo. -El presidente Luis Abinader entregó la mañana de este martes 923 certificados de títulos de propiedad, los cuales beneficiarán a propietarias de parcelas, solares y viviendas en las comunidades de Santana, Valla Honda, Los Conuquitos, Valle Encantando y Las Enfermeras.

El mandatario expresó que esta última semana ha tenido en el país una intensa agenda internacional que le ha permitido abordar numerosos problemas, acordar soluciones y poner en el centro del escenario a la República Dominicana y su voz.

Agregó que una vez ha terminado esa agenda internacional no le me ocurre mejor sitio que retomar la agenda nacional que con los actos de entrega de titulación, uno de los que más le gusta presidir.

“Durante estos años, el gobierno ha atendido la urgencia de cuántos retos se nos han presentado, pero también ha persistido en su agenda de reformas para cambiar este país de manera radical y para siempre. Lo urgente y lo necesario siempre han ido de la mano”, manifestó Abinader.

En ese sentido, el presidente Abinader dijo que en los actos de titulación, como el de hoy y los que llevan haciendo desde que llegó al gobierno, responden a estos dos objetivos: porque es urgente dar una respuesta ya a todos los ciudadanos, que durante demasiados años han reclamado lo que es suyo, y por otro, seguir enfrentando de manera decidida uno de los grandes retos que aún está pendientes como país, que es el de acabar con el déficit de titulación acumulado que tiene la República Dominicana.

“Un déficit endémico, heredado de las anteriores administraciones que gobernaron el país y que nunca pusieron la suficiente atención para resolver el gran problema habitacional que padecemos, pero que nosotros hemos puesto en nuestra agenda de desarrollo nacional como una prioridad, porque, más allá de ser una necesidad, tener una vivienda digna y certidumbre es un derecho que asiste a todos los dominicanos”, apuntó.

Uno de los sueños más anhelados por cientos de familias

El jefe de Estado indicó que en su gobierno está cumpliendo con la felicidad de uno de los sueños más anhelados por cientos de familias que viven en las comunidades beneficiadas.

«Como ustedes bien conocen, mi propósito ha sido siempre el de trabajar por la gente, sirviendo a los ciudadanos con responsabilidad y con honestidad. Procurando que el cambio estructural que hemos puesto en marcha para cambiar de arriba abajo el país impacte de forma positiva en la vida de los dominicanos y dominicanas», sostuvo el presidente Abinader.

Asimismo, el gobernante expuso que con los trabajos realizados por la Unidad Técnica Ejecutora de Titulación de Terrenos del Estado y la entrega de estos certificados de títulos se impacta positivamente a 923 familias, que a su vez se traducen en más de 3,692 personas.

Dijo que tiene la firme convicción, de que no hay manera más eficaz de propiciar un cambio que dando seguridad a la gente de tener su propio techo y reconocerle su derecho a la tierra que por años han trabajado o en la que han construido sus casas junto a sus familias.

“Disfruten de lo que es suyo y busquen en esta nueva etapa de su vida el bienestar y felicidad que se merecen. Y no olviden nunca que aquí hay un gobierno, el suyo, que siempre los acompañará en ese camino. Con hechos, con derechos”, concluyó el presidente Abinader.

Ahorro para los beneficiarios de más de RD$73 millones

De su lado, el subdirector regional sur de la CPTTE, Duarte Méndez, en representación del director Merido Torres, indicó que los trabajos realizados por la institución que encabeza conjuntamente con el Instituto Agrario Dominicano, abarcaron, un área geográfica de 2,551,903.38 metros cuadrados.

Méndez indicó que con la emisión de los 923 títulos de propiedad, la cual fue asumida en su totalidad por el gobierno dominicano, se le ahorró a los beneficiarios un total de RD$73,840,000.00.

Además, dijo que si los mismos hubiesen realizado los trabajos de manera particular cada propiedad hubiese pagado un mínimo de RD$ 80,000.00.

Asimismo, Cornelio Reyes Pérez, al hablar en nombre de los beneficiarios, expresó su agradecimiento al presidente Abinader por hacer entrega de los titulos de propiedad a la gente de esta zona y agregó que el documento le abre las puertas al crédito, l seguridad, entre otros beneficios que conlleva.

Al finalizar el acto el presidente Abinader hizo entrega de títulos de propiedad de manera simbólica a los beneficiarios a Juan Cuevas Mateo, Dominga Solano Florián, Tercelina Perez Cuevas, Pedro Reyes, Lupina Mesa, Americo Mesa Mateo, Rosa Mesa Mateo, Rafael Paula Silfa y Barbara Pineda Gómez.

Estuvieron presentes, el director de Catastro Nacional, Héctor Mirambeaux; el presidente del FEDA, Efraín Toribio; la senadora de la Provincia Bahoruco, Melania Salvador; la gobernadora provincial, Juana Cristina Mateo; el viceministro de Producción y Mercadeo del Ministerio de Agricultura, Eulalio Ramírez y el director del Servicio Nacional de Salud, Mario Lama.

También, el alcalde de Tamayo, Luis Milciades Montes De Oca; el director ejecutivo de la Unidad Técnica Ejecutora de Proyectos de Desarrollo Agroforestal, Eliferbo Herasme; el subdirector regional sur de la CPTTE, Duarte Méndez; el subdirector del IAD, Rivera Amador Amador y la diputada Olfanny Méndez.
