_Muelle impactará a 300 familias y está previsto para inaugurarse en mayo del 2023_
Sánchez, Samaná.-Con una inversión de cerca de 60 millones de pesos, el presidente Luis Abinader dio el primer picazo para la construcción del muelle de pescadores de Sánchez que promoverá el dinamismo económico e impulsará toda la zona turística y pesquera de la región nordeste.
Además impactará a 300 familias de manera directa.
“Este es un proyecto que va a transformar este municipio para que pueda favorecerse del desarrollo turístico que tiene la provincia y que en los próximos meses se va a incrementar”, indicó el jefe de Estado.
De igual modo, expresó que la construcción de este muelle forma parte de un plan integral de desarrollo, para el cual dijo se involucrará a Promipymes y Banca Solidaria con el objetivo de otorgar financiamientos especiales a los micro y pequeños negocios de la zona, caracterizada por ser la mayor recolectora de camarones marino en todo el país y de mayor cantidad de pescadores.
A este plan se suma también el nuevo puerto de cruceros que se construirá en Santa Bárbara de Samaná.
De su lado, el director de la Autoridad Portuaria Dominicana, Jean Luis Rodríguez, indicó que el muelle estará listo en mayo del 2023, luego de más de dos años de presentar el proyecto al Presidente, para dignificar la vida de los pescadores.
“En ningún gobierno en la historia reciente de República Dominicana se le había prestado atención a los pescadores, que realizan esta actividad sin ningún tipo de condiciones”.
Rodríguez dijo que este será el tercer muelle de pescadores readecuado en diversos puntos del país, siendo los dos primeros, el de Boca Chica y el de Yuma, próximo a inaugurar.
Además se han adjudicado 11 muelles más.
“Para el próximo año este gobierno habrá inaugurado 14 muelles pesqueros diseminados en todas las regiones de la República Dominicana”, finalizó el funcionario.
_Detalles del proyecto_
El muelle pesquero se trabajará paralelo al muelle tradicional en un espigón de varias ramificaciones, un camino de acceso exclusivo para pescadores, patio de maniobras y un área de servicios.
A este se suman los procesos de mejoramiento y desarrollo de otros muelles, la potencialización de la sinergia de alianzas público-privadas, el desarrollo tecnológico y el fortalecimiento de la seguridad en las instalaciones.
Entrega más de tres mil tarjetas Supérate en Sánchez
El jefe de Estado encabezó la entrega de 3008 tarjetas del programa social Supérate, a igual número de familias de escasos recursos con montos de 1,650 pesos, para residentes del municipio de Sánchez, en Samaná, y comunidades aledañas.
Al pronunciar unas breves palabras, el Presidente le indicó a los presentes que visita este municipio para darle la mano amiga del gobierno a los que mas lo necesitan.
«Solamente de Sánchez tenemos más de 3,000 nuevas tarjetas Supérate y a nivel de la provincia más de 4 mil. Este programa de Supérate es para ustedes, para los que más lo necesitan», resaltó.
Más de 106 mil ciudadanos impactados por Primero Tú
Con el objetivo de seguir unificando todos los programas sociales del Gobierno y llevar asistencia a la ciudadanía, la jornada Primero Tú se desarrolló también en este municipio.
En un total de 37 actos realizados en todo el país, ya se han impactado más de 106,000 dominicanas y dominicanos con este programa, a cargo de la Dirección General de Proyectos Estratégicos y Especiales de la Presidencia.
