El Poder Ejecutivo, a través de los decretos 227-23, 228-23 y 229-23, dispone la extradición a los Estados Unidos de América de los dominicanos Wendy Paulino, alias Wendy Paulino de Mirabal y Wendy Mercedes Mirabal; Wilton Paulino, aliasFélix; y Rafael Darío González Amparo, alias Rafa, alias Sisi.
