Amada Manzueta, en sus palabras expresó que es necesario promover los servicios que ofrece la institución de manera gratuita a la población.
Los instó a llevar el mensaje a los hogares azuanos para que erradicar la violencia sea posible.
Al mismo tiempo, Manzueta, elogió el trabajo articulado con instituciones del Estado, el gobierno local y la sociedad civil, a los que agradeció por la unificación y responsabilidad con que han asumido el llamado.
De igual modo, saludó el liderazo y la valentía del pueblo azuano, el cual describió como valiente y heroico, con una historia invaluable.
Tanto Rudy Gonzalez, como Angela Perez Díaz, agregaron que hay que crear una cultura basada en valores, educación y respeto entre hombres y mujeres.
«Apoyamos al Mininisterio en esta iniciativa que lleva el mensaje de sus servicios a las casas, calles, barrios, sectores y municipios la provincia», expresaron.
Tatiana Noboa, por su lado agradeció el respaldo que ha recibido el Ministerio en el mes de la No Violencia Contra la Mujer, para enfrentar los desafios que acarrea la misma.
«Este trabajo es constante y hoy salimos con esta jornada en la provincia de Azua para la sensibilización puerta a puerta llevando información de los servicios», expresó Noboa.
Esta acción, que tiene como base, dar a conocer la línea de emergencia, *212, Casas de acogida, asitencia legal y psicológica y acciones de sensibilización y formación en Azua, estuvo bajo la coordinación de Esminia Jiménez, directora de Planificación y Tatiana Noboa, encargada provincial de la Mujer en Azua.
Las comisiones, integradas por 259 personas, recorrerán durante dos dias 5 municipios y 17
Sectores de la provincia de Azua.
