Les cantan un año de prisión preventiva contra italiano Michael Saba acusado de matar a venezolana Yenny Pérez

El juzgado de Atención Permanente del Distrito Nacional dictó un año de prisión preventiva en contra del italiano-colombiano Michael Saba, acusado de matar y descuartizar a la venezolana Yenny Carolina Pérez Canelón, en un hecho ocurrido en una torre del Ensanche Piantini, en el Distrito Nacional.

El juez Rigoberto Sena estableció que el imputado deberá cumplir la prisión preventiva impuesta en el Centro de Corrección y Rehabilitación Najayo Hombres.

A la salida del tribunal, el imputado salió con la cabeza cabizbaja y se rehusó a hablar con los medios de comunicación en momentos en que era conducido a la cárcel preventiva del Palacio de Justicia de Ciudad Nueva, de donde será trasladado a Najayo.

De acuerdo con la solicitud de medida de coerción el imputado le disparó en el corazón a Pérez Canelón con una pistola Glock, calibre 9 milímetros, con su cargador y un silenciador, y luego procedió a descuartizar el cuerpo de la joven, en un hecho ocurrido el pasado 21 de diciembre, en un apartamento del piso 11 de la torre Suites by Refa, de la calle Andrés Julio Aybar, del sector Piantini.
