El presidente Luis Abinader ha entregado en todo el país más de 82 mil títulos de propiedad
Santa Barbara de Samaná, Samaná, martes 30 de enero 2024.- La Unidad Técnica Ejecutora de Títulación de Terrenos del Estado (UTECT) y el Instituto Agrario Dominicano (IAD) dejaron iniciado este martes la segunda etapa de los trabajos técnicos, sociales y legales, en la parcela 96-B del Distrito Catastral No. 59.2; beneficiando las comunidades del Catey Adentro, Catey Abajo y La Lometa ocupantes de viviendas, solares y parcelas.
El director ejecutivo de la UTECT, Duarte Méndez Peña, dijo, que este proyecto que inicia en Samaná es dando cumplimiento a la promesa realizada por el presidente Luis Abinader, y luego de varias reuniones con las autoridades provinciales acordamos para hoy hacer realidad esa promesa y ese sueños de todos ustedes para que tengan sus títulos de propiedad.
“Ya la etapa de las promesas de darle los títulos a los que les dé la gana eso termino, el presidente Abinader vino con la disposición de normalizar el registro inmobiliario de la República Dominicana”, puntualizo, el director ejecutivo, Méndez Peña.
Les recordamos que iniciaremos nuestros trabajos de levantamiento parcelario en esta zona, pero nuestro equipo continúa realizando investigaciones en toda la provincia y los trabajos irán alcanzando otras comunidades en la medida que las investigaciones vayan arrojando resultados positivos, indicó, Méndez Peña.
El director ejecutivo de la UTECT, explicó a los comunitarios que este es un proyecto que se realiza como manda la ley, ya que el presidente Luis Abinader está comprometido para que los más necesitados obtengan su certificado de título de manera gratuita, por lo que no tienen que pagar dinero a nadie para el proceso de titulación.
Méndez, dijo que el presidente, Luis Abinader, ha demostrado en poco tiempo que el Plan Nacional de Titulación es uno de los ejes centrales de su gestión de gobierno y a manifestado en varias oportunidades que los actos que más le agradan son los de entrega de Certificados de Títulos.
Las palabras de bienvenida fueron pronunciadas por la gobernadora de la provincia de Samaná, Teodora Mullix, quien dijo sentirse emocionada por la llegada de la buena noticia de que pronto los municipes de Samaná tendrán sus títulos de propiedad.
“Este es un incentivo para que continuemos trabajando de la mano con todo y cada uno de ustedes, esto es solo el comienzo, el segundo paso para que Samaná pueda ver la luz al final del túnel”, indicó la gobernadora.
Mientras que el senador por Samaná, Pedro Catrain, explicó que han estado trabajando en el proceso de titilación, donde el presidente ha puesto los ojos para que cada persona tenga su certificado de títulos.
“Este gobierno no vende sueño, nadie se quedara fuera del proceso de titulación”, indico, el senador, Catrain.
Mientras que el subdirector del Instituto Agrario Dominicano, Luis Freddy Guzmán, hablando en representación del director de la entidad, Francisco Guillermo García, dijo que este lanzamiento es una muestra concreta del sincero interés del presidente en el bienestar de las familias de Samaná.
“Con este acto, damos inicio al el primer paso para que varias familias de esta península del Nordeste, reciban sus certificados de propiedad, uniéndose así al proceso de desarrollo económico que proyecta para la zona el gobierno del Cambio”, puntualizó, Guzmán.
Agregó, que por cada beneficiario de este proyecto de titulación definitiva, por lo menos cuatro personas serán impactadas positivamente, al dejar la condición de simples ocupantes, a la de auténticos propietarios, gracias a la documentación que les da estabilidad y los convierte en sujeto de crédito para la banca nacional.
Durante la actividad fue presentado el agrimensor William Wilfredo Jiménez, quien tendrá a su cargo toda la logística de los trabajos de levantamiento parcelario, las brigadas de la UTECT y del IAD estarán realizando los levantamientos desde las primeras horas de la mañana hasta el final de la tarde, todo el personal que trabajará en este proyecto estarán debidamente identificado con vestimenta de la institución y sus respectivos carnets, señalo, Duarte Méndez Peña.
Al acto de lanzamiento de titulación en esta provincia asistieron, el encargado de titulación del IAD, Isidro Ramírez y el subdirector regional Nordeste, de la Unidad Ejecutora de Titulación de Terreno del Estado, Francisco Sandoval; los gerentes regionales y provinciales del IAD, José Antonio Díaz y Héctor Gómez;
La bendición del acto estuvo a cargo del Padre Roberto Núñez, de la Parroquia Santa Barbara de Samaná.
