IDAC realiza jornada de reforestación, denominada “Escala Verde” en la Majagua de Sánchez Samaná.

Sanchez, Samaná RD– EI Instituto Dominicano de Aviación Civil a través de la dirección de Planificación y Desarrollo, sembró este sábado  más de 2 mil árboles en zona costera de la playa de la Majagua.

En la jornada de reforestación, denominada “Escala Verde”, convocada por del IDAC, se  integraron cientos de voluntarios de la  institución y de otros organismos del Estado, así como escuelas, colegios y autoridades municipales.

La bienvenida estuvo a cargo de la coordinadora administrativa del IDAC en el Catey,  Jhoselyn Medina, quien valoró de manera muy positiva que esta actividad de reforestación se realice en esta zona y más con la integración de los organismo que siempre dicen presente en los momentos de emergencia.

Los árboles plantados son de uvas de playa, mangle botón, álamo y mangle rojo, que tienen el potencial de actuar positivamente en el desarrollo y sostenibilidad de los ecosistemas de las zonas costeras.

Sarah Estévez, directora de Planificación y Desarrollo del IDAC, explicó que el objetivo de la jornada es sembrar más de 2 mil 500 árboles en el entorno de playa , en el área de influencia del Aeropuerto Internacional de El Catey, consecuente con la política de responsabilidad social del Instituto Dominicano de aviación Civil. 

El Instituto Dominicano de Aviación Civil, hizo importantes donaciones de equipos a la dirección de la Defensa Civil, Cruz Roja, bomberos, a estudiantes, los comunitarios de la zona y a la alcaldía.

Por último la alcaldía entregó placa de reconocimiento  al director general del IDAC, Héctor Porcella, el cual fue recibido por su asistente Marco Rodriguez.

  11. obviously like your web-site however you have to
    check the spelling on several of your posts.
    A number of them are rife with spelling issues and I to
    find it very troublesome to inform the reality on the other hand I’ll surely come again again.

  17. Today, I went to the beach front with my children.
    I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said «You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.» She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.

    There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
