Se trata del señor Noeres Gómez Ramírez, quien falleció la tarde de este martes luego de que un árbol cayera en el vehículo que conducía por los alrededores de la Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD), calle Santiago esquina Santo Tomás de Aquino, zona universitaria.

Según imágenes que circulan en redes sociales, era un árbol de almendra de gran edad.

El jefe del Cuerpo de Bomberos del Distrito Nacional, José Luis Frómeta Herasme, confirmó el hecho y explicó que cuando llegaron al lugar el cuerpo de la persona estaba sin vida.

El cuerpo de bomberos procedió con equipos terminar de cortar el árbol caído para que el Inacif  pudiera  sacar el cuerpo sin vida.

Además de los bomberos, en el lugar hay personal de otros organismos dando asistencia.

El señor Noeres Gómez Ramírez,  de 38 años, trabajaba en el Ministerio de Educación, y según relataron familiares, se trasladaba a buscar su niño al colegio cuando el árbol de almendras cayó sobre su vehículo, una Hiunday Santa Fe blanca 2011, placa G328627 el mismo  vivía por las cercanías de El Faro a Colón, Santo Domingo Este.

Explicó que el trabajo se realiza en coordinación con personal del Ayuntamiento del Distrito Nacional, la Dirección General de Seguridad de Tránsito y Transporte Terrestre y en conjunto con Edesur para restablecer el suministro de electricidad afectada.
