El proyecto vuelve al Poder Ejecutivo para su promulgación

El Senado de la República aprobó este lunes de urgencia y en dos lecturas consecutivas el proyecto de Ley de Presupuesto General del Estado para el año 2022.

 

Por un monto de por un monto de un billón 214 mil 606 millones siete mil 369 pesos (RD$ 1,214,606,007,369), los senadores liberaron del trámite de lectura el proyecto y más de las dos terceras partes votaron a favor de la pieza, dijo el presidente de la cámara alta, Eduardo Estrella.

Liberar de lectura el proyecto fue una propuesta de la senadora Faride Raful luego de que el presidente de la Comisión que estudió el proyecto, Milciades Franjul, leyera ante el pleno el informe de la pieza. 22 legisladores de 28 presentes votaron a favor de la propuesta.

En cambio, Antonio Marte, representante de Santiago Rodríguez, llamó a la votación, bajo la expectativa de que a mitad de año el presente presupuesto puede ser reformulado. “No estoy conforme porque quería más, pero yo no voy a votar en contra de un presupuesto que va en favor del desarrollo de mi provincia y el país”, dijo.

 

Ramón Rogelio Genao se mostró optimista, aunque reconoció como Marte que su provincia no fue favorecida con un presupuesto justo.

 

“El presiente se ha ganado la confianza, votamos por confianza en un presidente buen soldado y administrador”, declaró Genao, del Partido Reformista Social Cristiano (PRSC).

 

El pasado jueves, la Cámara de Diputados aprobó en dos lecturas el Presupuesto con 131 diputados a favor y ocho en contra.

 

Aprobado en ambas cámaras legislativas, el proyecto vuelve al Poder Ejecutivo para su promulgación.

 

Presupuesto

Del monto RD$1,214,606,007,369 el Ejecutivo contempla ingresos que ascienden a RD$930,526,614,05 y fuentes financieras de RD$284,079,393,319.

 

Como gastos consolidados se estima la suma ascendente de RD$1,103,104,450,024.

El aprobado presupuesto prevé recaudar 871 mil millones de pesos y estima un déficit aproximado de un 3 %.
