El Presidente Luis Abinader dice no aumentarán impuestos, no habrá reformas fiscal

Santo Domingo, R.D- El presidente Luis Abinader anunció la noche de este miércoles no aumentará impuestos, por lo que, no someterá una reforma tributaria.

 

“No vamos a aumentar impuesto. Y hoy quiero anunciarles que no someteremos ninguna reforma tributaria. Ahora nuestra única prioridad es consolidar la recuperación económica”, dijo el mandatario en una alocución al país.

 

Abinader afianzó su decisión con la presentación de los gastos públicos que ha disminuido.

 

Dijo que entre enero y septiembre de 2021 han disminuido un 255 % los gastos con respecto al mismo periodo del año anterior, en todas las partidas que no afectan directamente al bienestar de los dominicanos, con lo que se ha ahorrado más de 27 mil millones de pesos.

 

 

Mencionó que una de las partidas más significativas es la reducción en el gasto de publicidad y propaganda del 70 %, al bajar de más de 5,490 millones de pesos durante el período anterior a 1,612 millones en este.

 

Dijo que entre enero a septiembre de 2020 se gastaron 4,437 millones, mientras que en el mismo período ya con este gobierno, apenas se ejecutaron 161 millones de pesos. Una reducción del 2,648%.

 

“En dietas de alimentos y bebidas el gasto se ha reducido un 143 %. Dentro del país la reducción de dietas alcanzó un 2,136 % respecto a 2020, y en viáticos a personas con labor diplomática y consular la disminución llega al 87 %”, explicó.

 

Mientras que con lo relacionado a la compra de muebles y equipos de oficinas gubernamentales, la ejecución en 2021 fue de un 479 % menos con relación a 2020 y en materiales perecederos, las reducciones sobrepasan el 1,500 %.

 

“Además de esto, hemos reducido estructuras, eliminado entidades y fusionado otras. Ejemplo de esto es el despacho de la Primera Dama, Procomunidad, la Oficina de Ingenieros Supervisores de Obras del Estado (Oisoe), el Consejo Estatal del Azúcar; la Corporación Dominicana de Empresas Eléctricas Estatales (Cdeee); FONPER, o la fusión de la DIAPE y el DICOM entre otras, y seguiremos en esta misma línea para mejorar la calidad del gasto”, agregó el mandatario.

 

Agregó que han conseguido que entidades como Promese adquirieran más medicamentos con el mismo presupuesto; que los Comedores Económicos y el Plan Social hayan aumentado un 30 % sus raciones y ayudas con los mismos recursos, “o que empresas públicas como Refidomsa o el Banco de Reservas hayan tenido más beneficios”.
