El genero de salsa de Oscar D’León y del merengue de Los Rosario se imponen en el Jaragua

Con teatro a casa llena, el artista venezolano Oscar D’León celebró con los dominicanos sus 50 años en la música, interpretando sus mejores éxitos de todos los tiempos, donde estuvo acompañado de Los Hermanos Rosario.
«Este país es mío», dijo en una de sus intervenciones el denominado “Salsero mayor”, haciendo referencia a la República Dominicana, nación donde inició su gira para festejar medio siglo de trayectoria musical.
El Teatro La Fiesta del hotel Jaragua en Santo Domingo, fue el escenario escogido para realizar un show sin desperdicios bajo el montaje de Valenzuela producción, de Amable Valenzuela.

Con una de locación a toda capacidad y luego de que las autoridades levantaran las restricciones sobre las medidas del covd-19, la velada inició alrededor de las 9:30 de la noche del sábado, la cual se extendió hasta las 2:00 de la madrugada del siguiente día.
La legendaria orquesta de merengue Los Hermanos fue la anfitriona como buena representación del país y del género autóctono criollo. Abrió con el dúo dominico-venezolano Emil 23 Grams, dos jóvenes que incursionan en la música urbana

Con Rafa Rosario a la cabeza, esta orquesta puso a bailar merengue a la mayoría de los asistentes, que no pararon de cantar a ritmo de El lápiz, Borrón y cuenta nueva, La luna coqueta, María, La cleptómana, Me voy pal pueblo y otros tantos éxitos de un extenso repertorio de Los Hermanos Rosario.

El Oscar de la salsa, festejando de la noche, subió a escena a las 12:00 de la media noche y de inmediato conectó con un público, que desde ese momento nunca ocupó sus asientos y no paraba de bailar y ovacionar al salsero nacido en Caracas.

«Josefa Matía» rememoró su paso por Dimensión Latina, tras el cual prosiguieron una cantera de éxitos que en materia de salsa simbolizan una marca para el género, como Detalles, Princesita y muchos más.

Las banderas dominicanas y de Venezuela se abrazaron musicalmente en un encuentro de nostalgia para la comunidad venezolana que reside en la República Dominicana.

Ha de destacar el momento de emoción cuando, a petición del salsero subieron a escena dos jóvenes venezolanos con bandera de su pasión en manos mientras Óscar interpretaba el clásico «Caballo Viejo», un tema original del fallecido Simón Díaz.

Al filo de las 2:00 de la madrugada del domingo, momento en que El sonero del mundo trajo consigo su bajo, el horario de cierre establecido por las autoridades presagiaba el final del concierto.

El clásico «Mi bajo y yo» fue el principio del fin y la antesala para dar paso a «Jaunita Morel», icónico merengue dominicano con el que cerró una noche inolvidable para la salsa y su carrera de 50 años y 50 discos.
