Autoridades de la Procuraduría identifica a los 14 implicados en caso Larva y pide 18 meses de prisión preventiva

Santo Domingo, RD– El Ministerio Público solicitó la madrugada de este viernes la imposición de 18 meses de prisión preventiva contra 14 personas involucradas en la supuesta red de lavado de activos del narcotráfico desmantelada con la Operación Larva.

El listado de los involucrados es el siguiente: Jorge Luis Herasme Estrella, María Mercedes Ramona Estrella, Sarai Esther Herasme Estrella, Luis Ney Herasme Peña, James Alexander González Cubilette, Joivel Alexander González Cubilette, Ángelo Spataro Rodríguez (Soni y/o El Italiano), Elizabeth Spataro Rodríguez, Santa Fausta Rodríguez, Ramón Eduardo Piña Reyes (Bombón y/o Guardia), Luis Jiménez (Bonsái y/o Luis Hookah), Miguel Ramón Santos Comprés (Ray), Yira Mariela Zimmermann y Rusber José Suarez Díaz (Ojitos).

La petición de prisión preventiva fue prestada en la oficina de atención permanente de San Cristóbal por Ramona Nova Cabrera y Ramona Santana Uceta, responsables interinas de la Procuraduría Especializada de Antilavado de Activos y Financiamiento del Terrorismo y de la Fiscalía de San Cristobal.

En la petición coercitiva también figuran las siguientes entidades con personería jurídica: Presta Bella Vista S.R.L, Inversiones Herasme Pérez S. A, Upper Promoción S.R.L, J&H Administración y Servicios S.R.L, H & S inmobiliaria, S.R.L, Inversiones y Servicios Jorge y María, RSD Geo Soluciones S.R.L, Rujoda Trading S.R.L, Agente de Cambio Estrella S.A., Grupo Intex Dominicana, S.R.L, Suplicor S.R.L, Corporación de Crédito Corona (Cocreco), Blue Meadow Group S.R.L, Spataro Italian Foodmarker S.R.L., Nayali Moda Italiana S.R.L., Grupo Arconsa S.R.L, Dirotec Grupo de Inversiones, S.R.L. y FINANCIERA GDNIPI, S.R.L.

Las empresas están ubicadas en distintos puntos del Distrito Nacional, incluyendo plazas comerciales, y en Santo Domingo Oeste.

“Tras depositar la solicitud de medida de coerción, la procuradora de corte Ramona Nova Cabrera explicó a los periodistas que la abordaron que el Ministerio Público está pidiendo que el Caso Larva sea declarado complejo. Recordó que se trata de un proceso en marcha en el que los fiscales investigadores mantienen abiertas varias líneas de investigación”, señalan las autoridades del Ministerio Público en un comunicado de prensa difundido esta mañana.

A la supuesta organización criminal se le vincula a una red de narcotráfico denominada “Corona” que el 16 de marzo de 2020 introdujo al país por la costa de Nigua, San Cristóbal, 724.35 kilogramos de cocaína clorhidratada en una embarcación proveniente desde Colombia.

El 15 de septiembre de 2020 la Fiscalía de San Cristóbal y la Procuraduría Especializada de Antilavado de Activos y Financiamiento del Terrorismo presentaron acusación contra José Aníbal González Luna, José Aníbal González Cubilete (El Don), Manuel Alejandro Lara Martínez, Julio Ignacio Morel Adames y otros 12 implicados en el Caso Corona, en el que las autoridades ocuparon un arsenal, incluyendo tres fusiles y una metralleta.

“El Ministerio Público establece que los involucrados en el Caso Larva forman parte de una organización criminal dedicada a traficar drogas y a lavar activos producto de operaciones de narcotráfico a gran escala. A los fines de garantizar esas operaciones y de mantener el control incurrieron en hechos de sangre”, dice la solicitud de medida de coerción.

La petición de medida de coerción señala que los integrantes de la red inyectaban, sobre todo en el sector inmobiliario, “las ganancias irregularmente obtenidas producto de las actividades propias del crimen organizado”.
