Yeni Berenice declara que en  caso Falcón: hay militares de alto rango involucrados y bajo investigación

Santiago RD-Aunque hasta el momento no se han revelado nombres de militares en la red de narcotráfico y lavado de activos del caso Falcón, la procuradora adjunta, Yeni Berenice Reinoso aseguró que sí hay militares de alto rango que están siendo investigados por el caso.

 

 

“Lo que nosotros podemos asegurarle es que todas las personas vinculadas a la red están siendo objeto de investigación y sí, hay militares de alto rango y bajo investigación”, dijo Reynoso.

 

Aseguró que este viernes se han realizado varios allanamientos tanto en el Distrito Nacional como en varias provincias de la región este del país. “Y se continúan ocupando evidencias importantes para la investigación y para seguir blindando la acusación del Ministerio Público”, dijo.

 

Hasta el momento son más de 30 los implicados en el caso, incluyendo tres diputados, que tienen un juez especial para conocer su investigación por su condición de legisladores y su supuesta implicación en la red.

 

 

Este jueves, el juez de la Oficina Judicial de Atención Permanente de Santiago, Cirilo Salomón Sánchez, dictó prisión domiciliaria contra Enerio Rafael Sandoval, a solicitud del Ministerio Público.

 

Mientras que la jueza jueza Iris Borgen, de la Oficina de Atención Permanente de Santiago, aplazó para el lunes a las 9:00 de la mañana la audiencia contra otros 23 imputados de la red.

 

Este viernes fueron presentados todos los argumentos de la defensa técnica de los implicados.
