Sánchez, Samaná.– El Servicio Nacional de Salud de la República Dominicana llevó hoy a cabo una jornada de entrega de carnet y afiliación en la alcaldía municipal de Sánchez, durante la jornada, los ciudadanos pudieron acercarse para obtener su carnet de afiliación al sistema de salud público.
Esta iniciativa por parte de la presidencia de la República en conjunto al SENASA tiene como objetivo facilitar el acceso a los servicios de salud a todos los ciudadanos dominicanos, especialmente a aquellos que no cuentan con un seguro médico privado.
La entrega de los carnets permite a las personas acceder a consultas médicas, medicamentos y otros servicios médicos de manera gratuita a precios reducidos.
Además de la entrega de carnets, se realizaron charlas informativas sobre los beneficios y servicios que ofrece el sistema de salud público, así como sobre la importancia de cuidar la salud y prevenir enfermedades.
La jornada de entrega de carnet y afiliación en la alcaldía municipal forma parte de un esfuerzo continuo por parte del Servicio Nacional de Salud y el gobierno encabezado por el presidente Luis Abinader para garantizar el acceso equitativo a la atención médica en todo el país. Se espera que esta iniciativa beneficie a un gran número de personas y contribuya a mejorar la calidad de vida de la población dominicana.
