Polanco dispuso que el detenido cumpla la medida en la cárcel de Rafey Hombre en Santiago, añadiendo que la revisión obligatoria será el día 10 de enero del 2023.
Aurelia Cruz representante legal de la víctima, explicó que el acusado abusaba de su hija desde que ella tenía 8 años de edad.
De su lado, Gladislenny Núñez, directora de la Unidad de Atención a Víctimas de Violencia de Género, Intrafamiliar y Delitos Sexuales explicó que desde hace tres meses le estaban dando seguimiento a este caso.
La joven vivía junto a sus padres y varios de sus hermanos en el municipio de San José de Las Matas, en esta provincia.
Pero tanto su bebé, quien nació con una deformación en sus piernas, como la víctima ya están bajo el cuidado de la fiscalía de Santiago.
