La Romana.- En estos momentos, el presidente Luis Abinader encabeza el vigésimo quinto Consejo de Ministros donde escucha las principales necesidades de esta provincia, así como las obras sociales y comunitarias a realizar.

En la reunión que se lleva a cabo en el Salón Multiuso del Colegio Inmaculado Corazón de María, participan, además, la vicepresidenta, Raquel Peña y los presidentes del Senado, Eduardo Estrella y de la Cámara de Diputados, Alfredo Pacheco; el ministro interino de la Presidencia, Joel Santos; el ministro Administrativo de la Presidencia, José Ignacio Paliza y los principales funcionarios del Gobierno.

 

Se analizan los lineamientos para el desarrollo de la provincia La Romana; así como las oportunidades para mejorar la calidad de vida de los municipes.

En el encuentro, se aborda, además, el turismo: realidad, retos y perspectivas de desarrollo y los aportes de la provincia de La Romana a las finanzas nacionales.

 

Igualmente, se tratará el tema la infraestructura: realidad y perspectivas de desarrollo y la salud en la provincia de La Romana.

 

También, se abordará la educación y formación del talento humano en la Región Este: realidad y desafíos, la educación básica y secundaria y la formación técnica.

 

Además, tratarán el tema de la producción y distribución eléctrica en la Región Este y su impacto en el desarrollo y calidad de vida de la gente.
