_Beneficiarios con hasta 50 años trabajando los predios expresan satisfacción y agradecimiento al gobierno_

– Parceleros que fueron beneficiados este sábado con 378 certificados de títulos de propiedad por el Presidente Luis Abinader, expresaron que ahora tendrán una nueva forma de vida y tranquilidad para sus familias al ser los verdaderos propietarios de sus predios.

 

Los certificados de títulos de propiedad se entregaron a igual número de familias, lo que se traduce en más de 3,656 persona.

 

En el acto se presentó un audiovisual en el cual los beneficiarios con los títulos de propiedad de sus predios manifestaron la tranquilidad que le da el saber que ya cuentan con un instrumento legal que le abre puertas para el financiamiento.

 

Destacaron que es la primera vez que un presidente venía a esta comunidad a gobierno entregar los documentos que los acredita como dueños de los terrenos en los cuales trabajan.

 

“Eso significa muchas cosas buenas porque nuestros hijos y nietos no van a pasar tanto trabajo”.

“Nos viene a dar una nueva forma de vida. Estoy aliviada y contenta porque sé que otro no se va a apoderar de lo mío”, testimoniaron José Encarnación, Francisco Peralta y Rosa Montero.

 

Dieron las gracias al presidente Luis Abinader por hacer realidad la titulación y le desearon larga vida para que continúe con esa obra en beneficio de todos los productores del país.

Estos títulos fueron entregados a través de la Dirección Ejecutiva de la Unidad Técnica Ejecutora de Titulación de Terrenos del Estado, el Instituto Agrario Dominicano y la Unidad Técnica Ejecutora de Proyectos de Desarrollo Agroforestales.

Al hacer uso de la palabra en el acto, el jefe del Estado sostuvo que la entrega de títulos de propiedad, es una de las políticas públicas más importantes del Gobierno, y es una de las acciones que lo llenan de mayor satisfacción.»La entrega de estos títulos es la mayor expresión de la justicia social».

 

«Porque aquí, con estos actos en los que hacemos entrega de certificados inmobiliarios a decenas de personas, ponemos de manifiesto el compromiso con el país, con el futuro y con el bienestar de todos los ciudadanos», apunto el mandatario.

 

El total de este componente de titulación -indicó el gobernante- bajo esta modalidad se contempla la entrega de 8,500 títulos en toda la zona de intervención de los proyectos agroforestales.

 

Mérido de Jesús Torres Espinal, director ejecutivo de la Unidad Técnica Ejecutora de Titulación de Terrenos del Estado dijo que los trabajos realizados por la Unidad Técnica Ejecutora, conjuntamente con Unidad Técnica Ejecutora de Desarrollo Agroforestal (UTEPDA) y el Instituto Agrario Dominicano, abarcaron, un área geográfica total de 6,815,329.29 metros cuadrados.

 

«Con la emisión de estos 914 títulos de propiedad, la cual fue asumida en su totalidad por el gobierno dominicano, ahorrándole a los beneficiarios un total de RD$73,120,000.00”, expresó.

 

Las viviendas y solares titulados se encuentran distribuidas en las comunidades Juan Santiago, Las Mesas, Asiento Miguel, La Bucara, Sabana de la Loma, Cabeza de Toro, Cañada del Bejuco, La Tinaja, Madre Vieja, Majagual, Guardia del Café, Guayabo Dulce, Joco Viejo, Majagualito, Naranjo Dulce, Cañada del Barrero, Los Palmaritos, Sabana Larga, Sabana Chen, Las Canas, Sabana de Jengibre, Cañada de Cilantro, Sonador y Sabana Cuna, Provincia Elías Piña.

Las labores desarrolladas abarcaron un total de 914, parcelas, solares y viviendas, de las cuales nuestro técnico realizó los levantamientos parcelarios, el equipo social realizó el censo social y nuestra dirección legal realizó el saneamiento de los terrenos y la instrumentación de los actos de transferencia de terrenos de cada persona, que posteriormente fueron firmados por el Director del Instituto Agrario Dominicano.

 

Beneficiarios disfrutarán beneficios

 

Los beneficiados a partir de este momento disfrutarán de los beneficios que se derivan de la propiedad inmobiliaria titulada, tales como la seguridad jurídica de su parcela o vivienda, el incremento del valor de sus inmuebles, y podrán en lo adelante acceder al crédito formal a través de las entidades financieras del mercado, entre otros beneficios.
