Santo Domingo. – En una histórica entrega de títulos de propiedad y la primera para el sector La Ciénaga, del Distrito Nacional, el presidente Luis Abinader encabezó el acto que beneficiará a 3,366 familias con 13,464 personas.
El mismo recogió la alegría de los miles de dominicanos y dominicanas presentes, a quienes se les continúa reconociendo su derecho de propiedad.
“¡Hoy es un día para celebrar, estamos haciendo justicia!”, exclamó el mandatario en un enérgico discurso en el que precisó que “mientras otros miraron para otro lado durante mucho tiempo, nosotros miramos hacia ustedes, para dignificar la vida de los habitantes de La Ciénaga, empezando por poner en sus manos un título que certifica que sus casas son suyas y que nadie puede inventar con eso”.
Mientras que a nombre de los comunitarios, Juan Pablo Hiciano Ortega expresó que “ya nadie podrá abusarnos ni decirnos invasores”, pues ahora el Presidente les lleva seguridad, tranquilidad y la legalidad de sus casas.
Este domingo se entregaron 2,401 certificados de título que continuarán a partir de este lunes para completar los 3,366 de este proyecto.
En la gestión del presidente Abinader se han entregado 61,665 mil títulos en todo el país.
Para dar continuidad a estas acciones, el mandatario anunció que pronto se entregarán más de 6,000 títulos de propiedad en Los Guandules y llegarán por igual, a La Zurza y Los Peralejos.
A esto, Duarte Méndez, director ejecutivo interino de la Unidad Técnica Ejecutora de Titulación de Terrenos del Estado, UTECT, añadió que ya se está trabajando en El Pedregal, Mairení y Puerto Isabela, del Distrito Nacional.
“El presidente Luis Abinader está poniendo todo su empeño en que cada dominicano pueda dejar a un lado el temor de que un día llegue alguien a despojarle de su vivienda, porque no poseen un título de propiedad en sus manos”, enfatizó.
*Entrega 48 apartamentos en Guerra*
De igual forma, el presidente Luis Abinader encabezó la entrega de 48 apartamentos de la primera etapa del proyecto habitacional Residencial Trapiche, Prados de la Caña, en San Antonio de Guerra, a través del Plan Nacional Familia Feliz, proyecto que contará con 288 unidades habitacionales y será construido en tres etapas.
El ministro de la Presidencia, Joel Santos, explicó que de las 48 familias, las mujeres constituyen el 64.6% de los beneficiarios (31) y los hombres, el 35.4% (17).
“De estas 31 mujeres, 14 son beneficiarias del Bono-Mujer, un subsidio para damas en situaciones de vulnerabilidad o que por razones de género tienen dificultades para el acceso a una vivienda digna”, señaló Santos.
También precisó que en esta entrega el Bono-Mujer asciende a más de RD$2.7 millones, mientras que los otros bonos que aporta el gobierno a las familias beneficiadas (el Bono-Inicial, Bono-Itbis y Bono-Tasa Siete Años) representa una inversión de más de RD$76.6 millones.
“En nombre del Gobierno les exhorto a cuidar, proteger su nueva casa y a formar una comunidad que, más que residencial, se convierta en una hermandad, donde todos se conciban como una sola familia y que este residencial sea el oasis para cada uno de ustedes”, concluyó.
*Inaugura dos estancias infantiles en el GSD*
Posteriormente, el mandatario junto a la directora del Instituto Nacional de Atención Integral a la Primera Infancia (INAIPI), Besaida Santana, inauguró los Centros de Atención Integral a la Primera Infancia (CAIPI), Villa Liberación y Villa de Palmar, ubicados, respectivamente, en El Tamarindo, Santo Domingo Este y en el distrito municipal Palmarejo Villa Linda, en Los Alcarrizos.
Allí manifestó que todas las semanas se están inaugurando estancias infantiles en beneficio de la educación en edad inicial para niños y niñas desde recién nacidos hasta los 5 años y que con estos centros se van a beneficiar 1,722 infantes.
En nombre de las madres beneficiarias, Diana Elizabeth De León y Arisleidy Ramírez, agradecieron la apertura de estos CAIPI en los que sus hijos estarán cuidados y seguros.
Con estas inauguraciones suman 37 los CAIPI inaugurados por el gobierno del presidente Abinader.
Estuvieron presentes, el ministro de Educación, Ángel Hernández; la senadora del DN, Faride Raful; la alcaldesa Carolina Mejía, los directores, de Bienes Nacionales, Rafael Burgos; del IAD, Francisco Guillermo García; de Catastro, Hector Pérez Mirambeaux; de Aduanas, Eduardo Sanz Lovatón y de Inposdom, Erick Guzmán.
El presidente de la Comisión Presidencial de Desarrollo Barrial, Rolfi Rojas; el embajador en Italia, Tony Raful; los diputados Ramón Bueno, Carlos Sánchez, Elías Matos, Alexis Jiménez, José Santana y Carlos De Jesús.
La gobernadora Julia Drullard; el alcalde de Santo Domingo Este, Manuel Jiménez; el senador Antonio Taveras; y el enlace del Poder Ejecutivo con la Iglesia Evangélica, Dio Astacio, entre otros.
