Presidente Abinader aumentó a 10 mil pesos la pensión de 4,121 miembros de la Policía Nacional

El presidente Luis Abinader dispuso el aumento a RD$10,000 de la pensión que reciben 4,121 miembros de la Policía Nacional puestos en retiro honroso.

La decisión del presidente Abinader fue tomada el pasado 4 de noviembre, a través del decreto 715-21.

De igual forma el mandatario dispuso el aumento de RD$10,000 a 2,496 familiares.

“Se dispone el aumento a la suma de diez mil pesos dominicanos con 00/100

(RD$10,000.00), a los siguientes miembros de la Policía Nacional puestos en la honrosa condición de retiro por antigüedad en el servicio y por edad”, dice el artículo 1 que dispone el aumento de pensión a 4,121 personas.

Mientras que el artículo dos establece el aumento a la suma de RD$10,000.00, a 2,399 personas en las pensiones por “beneficio de sobrevivencia”. El articulo tres tiene un aumento a 97 pensiones por “beneficio de sobrevivencia fraccionada”.

La disposición del Poder Ejecutivo establece además que las pensiones aumentadas mediante el artículo 3, serán divididas de manera proporcional, entre los beneficiarios, tomando en cuenta el monto total asignado a la pensión origen del “de cujus”.

De igual forma indica que el beneficio de aumento otorgado a través de la emisión de ese decreto en cuanto a las pensiones que se encuentren inactivas y/o suspendidas, empezará a surtir efecto a partir de la solicitud de reactivación realizada por el ciudadano.

“La ejecución de las disposiciones contenidas en este decreto se realizará con cargo al Fondo de Pensiones y Jubilaciones de la Ley de Presupuesto General del Estado”, dice el artículo 5.

 El decreto fue enviado al Consejo Superior Policial, al Ministerio de Hacienda y a la Dirección General de Jubilaciones y Pensiones a cargo del Estado, para su conocimiento y ejecución.

Otras pensiones dadas este año

El pasado 27 de septiembre Luis Abinader colocó, a través del decreto 594-21, en condición de retiro y les concede pensiones del Estado a 25 oficiales generales, superiores y subalternos, así como a un asimilado de la Policía Nacional.

En este grupo se pensionaron a cuatro generales de brigadas con RD$185,133.04, otros tres son sueldos que oscilan entre los 110 a los 84 mil pesos. De igual forma tres mayores fueron pensionados con salarios de RD$38,032.69 y RD$48,032.69.

De igual forma la lista la conforman primeros y segundos tenientes, tenientes coroneles, mayores, capitán y un asimilado, este último el menor monto en sueldo, debido a que fue pensionado con RD$13,000.
