Santiago.-El presidente Luis Abinader se reunió este martes con representantes de juntas de vecinos de los municipios de Tamboril y Navarrete asegurándoles soluciones en orden de prioridad y disponibilidad de recursos a problemáticas de agua, salud, educación, seguridad ciudadana, así como a obras viales.

El mandatario junto a ministros y directores generales, interactuó con los dirigentes comunitarios, a quienes explicó que las obras más pequeñas se pueden realizar con presupuesto de la Presidencia y las de mayor embergadura se pueden colocar en un presupuesto complementario para el segundo semestre de este año o para el 2023.

 

Precisó que algunas de las demandas llevan un poco más de tiempo en solucionarse por los procesos burocráticos que deben agotarse y porque está comprometido con la transparencia.

 

«Ese es el gran objetivo y la mayor virtud de estas reuniones; identificar las obras prioritarias, no sencillamente hacer el listado, sino identificar las obras prioritarias que es lo que como Gobierno podemos comprometernos», expresó.

 

El gobernante indicó que al menos una vez a la semana se reúne con representantes de juntas de vecinos y sectores sociales para discutir las necesidades principales de las diferentes comunidades.

Los representantes de las juntas de vecinos que expusieron ante el mandatario las diferentes problemáticas de comunidad fueron los presidentes de las juntas de vecinos Cuesta Honda del municipio de Tamboril, Gilberto Ramírez; de la Ermita, Leandro Gómez López; Amor y Progreso del sector Carlos Díaz, Félix Manuel Capellán.

 

Además, el presidente del club Sociedad Progreso y Cultura del distrito municipal Canca la Piedra, Manuel Capellán Infante y la presidenta de la junta de vecinos de Estancia del Yaque de Navarrete, Elizabeth María Luciano.

 

Dentro de las necesidades planteadas por los comunitarios figura elevar a segundo nivel hospital municipal, construcción de un cementerio, más inversión en agua potable, asfaltado de carreteras, aceras y contenes, instalación de un mercado de Inespre para Tamboril.

 

Además, una cancha, un play de béisbol, levantamiento de puentes, policlínicas. Asimismo, títulos definitivos de propiedad para 300 familias, tratamiento del agua potable para Los Polanco y un subcentro de salud de primer nivel, en Canca la Piedra.

 

También, construcción de un nuevo cuartel policial para el municipio de Navarrete, ampliación del cuerpo de policías, terminación de las escuelas básicas Gloria Beato, iniciada en 2007 y que se encuentra en un 80%, en Estancia del Yaque y de Barrero y una ambulancia.

Sobre estas peticiones, el presidente Abinader autorizó la instalación de un mercado de productores y dio instrucciones al ministro de Obras Públicas, Deligne Ascención, para intervenir las vías solicitadas según lo permitan los presupuestos.

 

Sobre el cementerio, pidió a la comunidad a gestionar un terreno apropiado para que pueda ser comprado por el Gobierno.

 

Con relación a la dotación de los títulos de propiedad, el gobernante instruyó a los directores del IAD y de Titulación de Terrenos del Estado para que se reúnan con los comunitarios y se pueda buscar la solución definitiva a esta situación.

 

Dijo que en respuesta a la solicitud de la intervención del hospital enviará a análisis el tema y se estudiará la opción de añadir  diagnóstico e imágenes y médicos especialistas para un mejor y completo servicio de salud en Navarrete.

 

Sobre el cuartel, se explicó que se trabaja con una comisión, que el próximo sábado se reunirá para cerrar uncontrato de permuta de un terreno e iniciar los procesos para dotar a Navarrete de un cuartel policial a la altura de las necesidades.

 

El jefe de Estado dijo, además, que se está trabajando en el asfaltado de 15 barrios, mejoras en el agua y en proceso de licitación el acueducto, además de que se abrió el centro de Diagnóstico e Imágenes de Navarrete.

 

Además, resaltó que está en etapa final el diseño y presupuesto de la Circunvalación de Navarrete para subir la licitación, prevista para principios de abril.

El presidente Abinader prometió seguimiento a las peticiones de los comunitarios en dos meses a través de la ministra sin Cartera, Geanilda Vásquez

 

El ministro de Obras Públicas informó que para Santiago disponen de un presupuesto de 160 millones de pesos para obras viales, distribuidos en los diferentes municipios.

 

Además, comunicó que la carretera de los Cacaos, que como instruyó el mandatario en la parte parte más cercana al caserío se incluirá en el asfaltado y sobre Arroyo de Piedra- el Limón dijo que está en proceso de levantamiento y diseño para someter a licitación y sorteo.

 

El director de CORAASAN, Andrés Burgos, precisó que en Tamboril se instalarán unas válvulas de regulación de presión de agua potable, con una inversión de 50 millones de pesos.

 

Agregó que en el sector Canca, en los Rieles y los Peralta se están colocando las redes de aguas residuales y en don Francisco también se terminó.

 

Destacó que la inversión total que está haciendo el Gobierno en Tamboril en aguas potables y saneamiento sobrepasan los 100 millones de pesos, que no se invertía por muchos años y que va a estabilizar el sistema de agua potable del municipio.

 

El pastor Jordany Veras de Jesús tuvo a su cargo la bendición del acto, quien dijo el presidente Abinader es un hombre de confianza y de fe.

 

En el encuentro, participaron el presidente del Senado y senador por Santiago, Eduardo Estrella; la gobernadora, Rosa Santos; el ministro de Vivienda y Edificaciones, Carlos Bonilla y la ministra Sin Cartera, Geanilda Vásquez.
