Para el siete de septiembre aplazan apelación de Jean Alain Rodríguez

Santo Domingo, RD- Los jueces de la Segunda Sala Penal de la Corte de Apelación del Distrito Nacional aplazaron para el 7 de septiembre el conocimiento del recurso interpuesto por el ex procurador Jean Alain Rodríguez, imputado en la Operación Medusa.

El tribunal presidido por Doris Pujols e integrado por Carmen Macebo y Daisy Idhira Montás tomó la decisión tras acoger un pedimento de los abogados del imputado, Carlos Balcácer, Gustavo Biaggi Pumarol, José Martínez Hoepelman y Francisco Franco

 

El Tribunal ordenó al alcaide de Najayo que se le permita que la defensa técnica de Jean Alain Rodríguez converse con el imputado el jueves y el viernes, y que se le permita entrar con una laptop y con una memoria USB.

 

 

El Ministerio Público había pedido que se rechazara el pedimento de la defensa ya que ellos estaban listos para conocer el pedimento de apelación. Así lo expresaron los procuradores adjuntos Yeni Berenice Reynoso y Wilson Camacho.

 

La audiencia se efectuó en presencia de los medios de comunicación.
