Mueren padre e hijo  en aparatoso accidente de transito en  Las terrenas

Las Terrenas, Samaná.- En un lamentable hecho ocurrido en el día de hoy proximo a la playa de Punta Popi perdieron la vida de manera trágica mientras se desplazaban en una motocicleta el señor José Manuel Ortiz Zapata de 41 años de edad residente en la comunidad de Rancho Español, quien se hacía acompañar de su hijo menor de 8 años de edad.

El cuerpo sin vida del señor Ortiz fue trasladado al hospital municipal Dr. Pablo A. Paulino de este municipio por la unidad de emergencias del sistema 9-1-1.

Según información de testigos del hecho el conductor de la motocicleta perdió el control de la misma quienes terminaron siendo embestidos por un camión tipo volteo.

Al lugar del hecho sepresentaron miembros de la DIGESETT, de la Policía Nacional y defensa civil.
