Ministro de salud visita la provincia M.T.S.; Instruye sobre medidas para asegurar que todos sean vacunados.

 

NAGUA.- El Ministro de salud, Daniel Rivera y la gobernadora de la provincia María Trinidad Sánchez, Gregoria Correa, encabezaron este viernes un encuentro con el sector salud en esta ciudad, en donde estuvieron pasando revista a las estadísticas del covid 19 en la provincia e instruyendo sobre las medidas en materia de salud adoptadas por el gobierno para aumentar el porcentaje de vacunados en todo el país, así como también instruyendo sobre el protocolo a seguir antes y durante el desarrollo del próximo año escolar, a raíz de su inicio en el mes de septiembre.

Puntualizo el ministro, que es un empeño y una preocupación del presidente de la república Luis Abinader, que el país alcance cuanto antes por lo menos el setenta por ciento de personas inoculadas para así garantizar una mejor salud a los dominicanos.

 

El alto funcionario señaló que a raíz del inicio del próximo año escolar en el mes de septiembre el gobierno ha asumido una serie de medidas sanitarias las cuales se implementaran antes del inicio y durante todo el proceso, a fin de asegurar la salud de los alumnos y alumnas, a igual de todo aquel que de una forma u otra interviene en el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje.

Indico el ministro Daniel Rivera, que antes del inicio de las docencias hay que fumigar los centros educativos y realizar operativos de dechatarrizacion para prevenir brotes de dengue.

Al referirse a los maestros indicó, que se habilitarán puestos de vacunación en lugares estratégicos con el objetivo de que si falta algún docente por ser vacunado o por recibir alguna dosis tenga la oportunidad de recibirla antes del inicio del año escolar.

Por su parte la gobernadora Gregoria Correa agradeció el gesto de la visita a Nagua del ministro Rivera, la cual dijo vino a impregnarnos mayor entusiasmo y fortaleza con cada una de sus palabras expresadas.

La representante del poder ejecutivo en la provincia aseguró que el presidente de la república Luis Abinader no está escatimando esfuerzo en medio de esta pandemia procurando desde el gobierno garantizarle la salud al pueblo dominicano.

Dijo que debemos seguir hacia adelante procurando cambiar la mentalidad de los dominicanos que aun mantienen la postura de no vacunarse, ya que es poco lo que falta para lograr la meta mínima que nos hemos trazados.

En su visita a Nagua, el ministro de salud publicas Daniel Rivera estuvo acompañado del vice ministro de salud colectiva, Eladio Pérez; del vice ministro de direcciones provinciales de salud, Fernando Ureña; del director de epidemiologia, Ronald Skewees y del contralmirante de la Armada Dominicana Luis Lee Ballester.

El encuentro se llevo a efecto en las oficinas de la dirección provincial de salud de María Trinidad Sánchez, donde fueron recibidos por el director Eblis Espaillat y otros funcionarios del sector salud en la provincia.
