Miembros de la red que supuestamente lidera «La J», según la Operación Halcón IV

El Ministerio Público, la Dirección Nacional de Control de Drogas (DNCD) y la Policía Nacional pusieron en marcha la Operación Halcón IV el martes 13 de junio para perseguir a los miembros de dos bandas rivales del narcotráfico y el crimen organizado con fuertes tentáculos en la región del Cibao. Una de estas bandas es señalada por haber amenazado a la familia de la Procuradora General de la República, Miriam Germán Brito.

Las bandas en contienda son lideradas, alegadamente, por Joel Ambioris Pimentel García (a) «la J»; y la otra estructura es la de José Hamilton Ureña (a) «Nino come mezcla».

Según datos facilitados por fuentes de la Dirección Nacional de Control de Drogas (DNCD), la banda de Pimentel García (a) La J está estructurada de la siguiente manera:

Joel Ambioris Pimentel García (la J) fue deportado de Estados Unidos después de cumplir una pena por narcotráfico. Como dominicano, viajó a Colombia y con identidad de colombiano a España, donde hizo residencia como dominicano. Las investigaciones lo vinculan a decenas de muertes violentas en varias provincias del norte de República Dominicana, según el Ministerio Público.

 

Alegadamente, es el cabecilla de una red que se dedica a cometer varios delitos, como el sicariato, narcotráfico nacional e internacional, lavado de activos y es dueño de la mayoría de los puntos de drogas de la ciudad de Santiago de los Caballeros.

Winnifer Fabiola Tavárez Cepeda (a) La Morena y/o La More es pareja y supuestamente coordinadora de Pimentel García. Winston Dencabelle Peña (a) Doble W es su mano derecha y son citados Juan Antonio Sem Martínez (a) El Peje, como socio; también Evelyn M. Cruz Lachapel (a) La Flaca, como administradora; Behtoven Núñez Marichal es señalado como testaferro y propietario de Ve y Ve Auto Import.

José Alfonso García Rodríguez (a) Tres Pelos es señalado como un individuo que recluta para la red. Asimismo, Deivys Santiago Santiago Cruz (a) Forty Two y David Ladilla son hombres de confianza, escoltas y brazos operativos para realizar tumbes de drogas, sicariatos y robos. Este señor se encuentra en España.

Jencil Freund Arias (a) El Toro es señalado dentro de la estructura como propietario de puntos de drogas, y dos individuos solo identificados como Frid y Juan Martínez son alegadamente administradores de puntos de drogas.

Kelvin Pablo García Rodríguez (a) El Fantasma es, de acuerdo con el documento obtenido, coordinador de sicarios. También son señalados como involucrados en la red Domingo Antonio Cabrera Vargas, administrador de puntos; Luis Amaury Pimentel García (a) Manito, miembro activo; Junior Ramón Sánchez Batista, piloto y enlace Venezuela, México y Colombia.

En el caso de Junior Efren Polanco (a) El Gordon y/o Fren, es alegadamente otro brazo administrativo y propietario de un lugar donde distribuyen drogas de El Camito y que suple como centro de expendio de sustancias a la Hoya del Caimito.
