Mediante allanamiento en un Hotel en Sanchez, Samaná apresan TEKASHI.

Sánchez, Samaná, fue apresado la tarde, de este domingo en un hotel de Sánchez, Samaná, el artista urbano TEKASHI nombre de pila DANIEL HERNÁNDEZ, ciudadano americano, de unos 27 años de edad.

Según el informe policial el mismo fue arrestado mediante allanamiento realizado por el DICRIM, Policías Preventiva y el Ministerio Público no. 595-1-2023-SAUT-0187, de fecha 15-10-23, dictada por Carmen Miladys Sánchez, juez de turno de la oficina judicial de servicios de atención permanente del distrito judicial de la Vega, a la habitaciónes no. 206, 314 y 315, del hotel Balcones del Atlántico, ubicado en la calle Duarte, esquina Uruguay del municipio de Sánchez, siendo apresado en la habitación no. 315 del referido hotel.

Los agente del orden luego de recibir la información de que se encontraba en ese hotel el nombrado Tekaschi, rodearon la zona desde la 1 de la tarde hasta tener la orden del Juez y la presencia de un fiscal, el arresto se llevó a cabo a eso de la 7: 38 de la noche.

El allanamiento y apresamiento se realiza ante la violación por el artista a los artículos 265, 266, 307 y 309 del código penal dominicano, en perjuicio de los nombrados CRISTIAN ANTHONY ROJAS y NELSON ALFONSO HILARIO GARCIA.

El artista ante de ser apresado se hizo acompañar de varios abogados de la zona, quienes manifestaron que era violatorio apresarlo sin una orden judicial.

Las calles próximas al hotel se encontraban llenas de curiosos.
