Las Reinas del Caribe enfrentan esta noche a EEUU en torneo NORCECA

El partido corresponde a las semifinales del torneo.

Las Reinas del Caribe tienen 3-0 en este torneo de NORCECA.

El sexteto femenino de la República Dominicana, monarca vigente de la justa, se enfrentará la noche de este lunes a las 9.00 pm (hora dominicana) a su similar de Estados Unidos, en la segunda serie semifinal del Torneo Continental NORCECA, que disputa dos plazas para el Campeonato Mundial 2022.

 

El ganador del partido pasará directo a la serie final de mañana para disputar el título de campeón. Dominicana es el vigente campeón de 2019. Se medirá al ganador de la otra serie semifinal que jugarán Puerto Rico contra Canadá, que finalizaron segundo y tercero en sus grupos.

 

Dominicana lideró la serie preliminar con marca de 3-0, mientras que Estados Unidos terminó segundo con foja de 2-1, en el Grupo A,

Puerto Rico le ganó anoche a México 3-1 en un disputado partido celebrado en el polideportivo de aquí.

 

Puerto Rico y Canadá jugaron en la ronda preliminar, con Canadá ganando en cuatro sets para encabezar el grupo A.
