José Ignacio Paliza, presidente del Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM), afirmó que la alianza entre el PLD, FP y el PRD es una muestra de profunda debilidad porque frente a la imposibilidad de conformar sus respectivas boletas electorales han tenido que aliarse.
Expuso que en los últimos dos días han recibido dos encuestas donde el presidente Luis Abinader ha tomado un posicionamiento al crecimiento y a la fecha se proyecta con un triunfo superior al 56%.
Paliza dijo además que luego del anuncio del mandatario, ha coincido en el tiempo el anuncio de la alianza por el crecimiento en la propuesta principal del PRM que representa el presidente Luis Abinader.
Al ser abordado por la prensa y preguntarle sobre la alianza entre el PLD, PRD y la FP, el presidente del PRM dijo que es algo que se esperaba, propio de la democracia, “porque los iguales tienden siempre a andar juntos, a reunirse”.
Agregó que la alianza entre los partidos mencionados es una muestra de profunda debilidad y desesperación.
El pasado lunes el Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD), la Fuerza del Pueblo (FP) y el Partido Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD) anunciaron un acuerdo para la presentación de candidaturas comunes senatoriales en cuatro provincias: Barahona, Hato Mayor, Hermanas Mirabal y La Romana (esta última PLD-PRD).
