Investigarán retiro cargos de caso en Villa Vásquez.

La procuradora general de la República, Miriam Ger­mán Brito, instruyó a la Inspectoría General del Mi­nisterio Público para que investigue la actuación del fiscal que retiró cargos en una audiencia celebra­da en Montecristi contra una exfiscalizadora y cua­tro agentes antinarcóticos procesados por implantar drogas en el allanamiento a una peluquería ubicada en Villa Vásquez.

Desde que tuvimos co­nocimiento de lo sucedido en la audiencia, instruimos al inspector Juan Medi­na de los Santos para que levante las informaciones que puedan llevar a esta­blecer si hubo una actua­ción indebida que lleve a los órganos superiores del Ministerio Público a tomar los correctivos de lugar”, indicó Germán Brito en un comunicado.

 

En la audiencia, celebra­da el 3 de este mes de ma­yo, el procurador general de corte, Antonio de Jesús Báez Tapia, representó al Ministerio Público ante el tribunal colegiado presidi­do por Mercedes María Re­yes Jerez e integrado ade­más por Jackeline de Jesús Toribio y Wendy Carolina Taveras Puello.
