Instituciones ambientalistas, celebra junto a la alcaldía de Sánchez el Festival Ecológico.

En representación del Alcalde Ynocencio de Jesús Calcalño (Chavan) estuvo presente Ellis Carrasco Díaz, quien dió la apertura y la bienvenida al festival ecológico, y dijo que actividades como estás sería muy importante que se llevarán a cabo todos los años y con ello llevar un mensajes a las futuras generaciones sobre la importancia sobre la protección de nuestro manglares.

Por el Ministerio de Medio Ambiente, estubo el encargado de ecoturismo del viceministerio de área protegida, el señor Máximo Viñas, quien manito el valor que tiene para ellos la preservación del medio ambiente, el mismo felicitó a las instituciones involucradas en este festival el cual llevan muchos años trabajando por el bienestar de la naturaleza y de los manglares en si.

También del programa, Global Nature Fund, David Marchetti, quien se mostró muy satisfecho por los trabajos de cooperación que se ha tenido con el Cebse, Medio Ambiente, la alcaldía y otras instituciones para la conservación de los recursos naturales.

El representante del Cebse, dió detalles la ardua tarea que han realizado en favor de la protección medio ambiental, y de la ruta que han de tener en los manglares de Sánchez y el bajo Yuna.

El Festival que se desarrolla en el parque Duarte de Sánchez, ha sido dedicado al Parque Nacional Manglares del Bajo Yuna, las actividades que se presentarán durante el día son: degustaciones gastronómicas, proyecciones audiovisuales, actividades infantiles, competencia de kayak, charlas educativas y música en vivo.

 

Agradecimientos a la Cruz Roja, Policía Municipal y los bomberos quien mantienen la seguridad en el lugar.
