Gobierno vía el  MOPC continúan realizando pagos a propietarios de terrenos de la entrada de Samaná.

Samaná.- En el día de hoy el Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Comunicaciones continuó realizando el pago de remuneraciones de las viviendas que serán demolidas para la construcción de la entrada del municipio cabecera de Santa Bárbara, con esto se da continuidad a una segunda etapa de pago la cual fue iniciada el 02 de septiembre del año 2021 cuando se hizo entrega del pago de 31 viviendas de un total de 86 que serán demolidas para ejecutar esta obra, la primera etapa de pago contó con un total de 31 cheques que ascendieron a la suma de $49,818.286.00 millones de pesos.

 

En esta ocasión el Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Comunicaciones a través de la gobernación de la provincia y su gobernadora la Licda. Teodora Mullix junto al alcalde Licdo. Nelson Núñez realizaron la entrega de 20 cheques con un monto total de $59,408,465.00 millones de pesos a igual número de propietarios lo que conlleva a un 80% del total de las viviendas que han sido enumeradas para la demolición de las mismas para realizar el proyecto de la entrada del municipio cabecera de Santa Barbara.

 

El 20% restantes de viviendas aun por completar la etapa de pagos han sido convocadas por parte del ministerio para realizar una revaluación de sus propiedades debido a desacuerdo entre ambas partes, situación por la cual ha presentado retraso el inicio de esta obra, con esta entrega el estado dominicano a destinado un total de $109,226,751.00 millones de pesos para el inicio de esta obra la cual cambiara la imagen de la entrada de esta provincia Turística.
