Sánchez, Samaná.– Fue entregado a través de la representante del poder ejecutivo en esta provincia de Samaná la Gobernadora Teodora Mullix, un cheque por la suma de RD$50,000 pesos para la compra de una tarea de tierra para la ampliación del campo santo de la comunidad de Jurungo en el Bajo Yuna perteneciente al municipio de Sánchez.
La entrega fue realizada a través de la alcaldía Municipal, precidida por el Alcalde Ynocencio de Jesús Calcaño, quien por razones de otros compromisos no estuvo presente pero a su vez fue representado por la Vicealcaldesa, Sugely Sandoval, el presidente del Concejo de Regidores, Samuel Díaz, entre otros funcionarios del cabildo.
El cheque fue recibido por una comisión de líderes comunitarios de la comunidad de Jurungo, quienes a su vez agradecieron al Presidente de la República Luis Abinader y a las autoridades locales por la gestión realizada para poder lograr el propósito de ampliar el campo santo.
En ese mismo orden la Gobernadora sostuvo una reunión con autoridades del ayuntamiento donde estuvo escuchando las inquietudes y nesecidades planteadas por los mismo para darle una rápida y oportuna respuesta.
