La Dirección Nacional de Control de Drogas (DNCD) apresó esta noche Juan Carlos Mosquea Eduardo, señalado como el jefe operativo de la Operación Falcón y hermano de Erick Randhiel Mosquea Polanco, quien ha sido nombrado por el Ministerio Público como el cabecilla de la red dedicada al tráfico internacional de cocaína y lavado de activos.

 

El apresamiento de Juan Carlos Mosquea,  se produjo en la provincia de Puerto Plata donde estaba refugiado.

Las autoridades realizan varios allanamientos en esa provincia donde también se informó se detuvo a Waldo Wilfre Musa, sobrino del exalcade de Puerto Plata, Walter Musa, se desconoce si el joven está ligado a esta red.

 

La solicitud de medida de coerción contra los implicados en esta red, establece que la función principal de Juan Carlos Mosquea Eduardo, era prestar su nombre para la compra de propiedades y administrar las empresas de su hermano Erick Randhiel Mosquea Polanco.

 

Mosquea Eduardo, forma parte de las seis personas que el pasado martes las autoridades pidieron que se entregaran a la justicia.

 

Los demás que están prófugos son su hermano Erick Randhiel Mosquea Polanco, Kelvin Alexander Torres Bueno; Alberto de Jesús Polanco, Alberto Enmanuel de Jesús Polanco (también hermanos) y Osiris Medina Díaz.

 

De acuerdo a las autoridades estos hombres andan con armas de distintos calibres y son individuos violentos y muy peligrosos.

 

Los prófugos son buscados por unidades élites y de reacción de agencias de inteligencia del Estado.
