Samana RD El Tribunal Constitucional (TC), a través del departamento de Difusión y Divulgación de la Constitución del Centro de Estudios Constitucionales (CEC), impartió este marte en Samaná la conferencia Duarte, Constitución y los Símbolos Patrios, dirigida a estudiantes.
La misma se desarrolló con estudiantes del Liceo Angela del Rosario Ray, del municipio cabecera de Santa Bárbara de Samaná, fue impartida por el presidente del InstitutoDuartiano, Dr. Wilson Gomez Ramírez, quien destacó la figura del Patricio Juan Pablo Duarte, un ejemplo de desprendimiento y de honestidad, lo que demostró al rendir cuentas de fondos públicos recibidos, es el “dominicano de gloria más pura” y el inspirador del patriotismo dominicano, habló ademas del uso correcto de los símbolos patrios: la Bandera, el Escudo y el Himno Nacional.
Indicó los lugares donde debe ser exaltada la Bandera Nacional, destacó la necesidad de formar generaciones que conozcan la forma apropiada de usar cada uno de los símbolos patrios.
El objetivo de estas conferencias es contribuir con las acciones preventivas y educativas que favorecen la formación en valores, el compromiso cívico, el respeto y el uso correcto de los símbolos patrios
Dicha actividad contó además con la presencia del presidente del TC, magistrado Milton Ray Guevara, La gobernadora Teodora Mullí Geraldino, el senador Pedro Catrain, la viceministra de la mujer Amada Manzueta, el alcalde Nelson Ñunez, la Fiscal Titular. Erika J. Pujols P., el Consejo de Regidores, el director del distrito educativo Feliz Morris, entre otras figuras de la provincia.
