Aumentan a 16 los muertos, entre ellos 14 niños, en tiroteo en escuela de Texas.

Al menos 16 personas murieron este martes, entre ellas 14 estudiantes y un profesor, en un tiroteo en una escuela de la localidad de Uvalde (Texas, EE.UU.), donde también falleció el agresor.

 

Así lo señaló el gobernador de Texas, Greg Abbott, en una rueda de prensa en la que precisó que el atacante tenía 18 años.

 

Abbott dijo que el hombre, un habitante de la localidad, abrió fuego en la Escuela Primaria Robb en Uvalde, a unos 135 kilómetros (85 millas) al oeste de San Antonio.

Precisó que el atacante, identificado como el adolescente local Salvador Ramos, también había «fallecido», y agregó que «se cree que los agentes que respondieron lo mataron».
