Los trabajos se pusieron en marcha ayer, a las 6:15 de la tarde, cuando la jueza Kenya Romero, coordinadora de los juzgados de atención permanente del Distrito Nacional, autorizó los allanamientos.

 

La solicitud de allanamiento fue hecha por Wilson Camacho, procurador adjunto encargado de la Pepca.

 

El listado de las personas allanadas por la Procuraduría General de la República es el siguiente.

 

Jean Alain Rodríguez, Rafael Antonio Mercede Marte, Alfredo Alexander Solado Augusto, Rafael Stefano Canó Sacco, Javier Alejandro Forteza Ibarra, Jonnathan Joel Rodríguez Imbert, Jenny Marte Peña, Alejandro Martin Rosa Llanes, Braulio Michael Batista Reyes, Maria Josefina Azar Díaz y Johannatan Loanders Medina Reyes.

 

También Altagracia Guillen Calzado, Jonnathan Joel Rodríguez Imbert, Miguel José Moya, Javier Alejandro Forteza Ibarra, Amelia Isabel Escaño, Mercedes Camelia Salcedo Disla, Jenny Marte Peña, Ronny Rafael Corporán, Francis Ramírez Moreno, Ney Ernaldo Caccavelli Guevara y Altagracia Guillen Calzado.

 

Para sus trabajos los fiscales fueron autorizados a extraer datos de equipos electrónicos encontrados en los domicilios de esas personas y por igual a la realización de peritajes en el Inacif y el Dictat, de la Policía Nacional, según ha podido confirmar este diario.

 

Esta mañana, el Ministerio Público informó sobre el arresto, por corrupción y otros delitos de Miguel José de Moya, quien se desempeñó como asesor de la Procuraduría General de la República durante la gestión de Jean Alain Rodríguez.

Los trabajos se enmarcan dentro de la denomina “Operación Medusa”, puesta en marcha ayer por la Procuraduría Especializada de Persecución de la Corrupción Administrativa (Pepca), con apoyo de la Dirección General de Persecución.

 

En esa operación también se arrestó a Rafael Antonio Mercedes Marte, quien se desempeñó como encargado del Departamento de Contabilidad de la Procuraduría General.

 

La operación incluyó el arresto de Altagracia Guillén Calzado, quien se desempeñó como subdirectora administrativa de la Procuraduría General, y Javier Alejandro Forteza Ibarra, quien ocupó la posición de director de Tecnología de la Información de la institución.
