La directora de persecución del Ministerio Público, Yeni Berenice Reynoso, aseguró este viernes que es “increíble” la forma en que muchos tribunales “varían sus criterios para favorecer corruptos”.

Estas declaraciones de la magistrada fueron publicadas en su cuenta de Twitter, horas después de que las juezas del Segundo Tribunal Colegiado del Distrito Nacional dejaran en libertad al exdirector de la Oficina Metropolitana de Servicios de Autobuses (OMSA), Manuel Rivas, en el caso del secuestro y asesinato de Yuniol Ramírez.
Asimismo, la magistrada describió la jurisprudencia de casos judiciales en el país como ilógica y deficiente, entre otros calificativos.
“En la RD la jurisprudencia de la corrupción es vergonzosa, indignante, parcial, ilógica, contradictoria, servil, deficiente, errónea… es increíble cómo la mayoría de los tribunales varían sus criterios exclusivamente para favorecer corruptos y casos de crimen organizado”, tuiteó.
En la madrugada de este día las juezas Claribel Nivar Arias, Yissel Soto y Clara Sobeida Castillo señalaron a Argenis Contreras como el ejecutor de Ramírez, por lo que fue condenado a cumplir 20 años de prisión.
Igualmente al exdirector financiero de la OMSA, Faustino Rosario, lo sancionaron con un año de cárcel y la inhabilitación por cinco años de cumplir una función pública.
En cuanto a los imputados José Antonio Mercado, Víctor Ravelo Campos, Jorge Luis Abreu, Heidy Peña y Lilian Suárez, fueron declarados inocentes de los cargos de asesinato, ocultamiento de cadáver y corrupción debido a la escasez de pruebas que los conectaran al caso.
En el caso específico de Rivas, fue dejado en libertad ya que las juezas entendieron que desconocía los procesos fraudulentos que ocurrían en la entidad que dirigía.
