Presidente Abinader partió a Suiza para participar en cumbre sobre la paz en Ucrania

_En el evento se darán cita jefes de estado y de gobierno y representantes de más de 90 países_

 

Santo Domingo. – El presidente Luis Abinader partió desde el Aeropuerto Internacional Las Américas José Francisco Peña Gómez, a las 5:37 p.m., hacia la ciudad de Zúrich, Suiza, desde donde se trasladará a la ciudad de Lucerna.

 

En este destino, el mandatario participará en la cumbre de Suiza cuyo objetivo es “inspirar un futuro proceso de paz” en Ucrania.

 

La misma se celebrará este sábado 15 y domingo 16 de junio y asistirán jefes de estado y de gobierno y representantes de más de 90 países.

 

Acompañan al presidente Abinader, el ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Roberto Álvarez; el encargado de la Secretaría General del Gabinete del Presidente, Eilyn Beltrán; el jefe del Cuerpo de Seguridad Presidencial, mayor general Jimmy Arias y el director de Prensa del Presidente, Daniel García Archibald.

 

De igual forma, en el encuentro se llevarán a cabo jornadas de trabajo en torno a temas como la seguridad alimentaria.

 

El mandatario dominicano estará de regreso el domingo, en horas de la noche.
