Santo Domingo.- El Poder Ejecutivo dispuso, mediante los decretos 447-22; 448-22 y 449-22, la entrega en extradición de los nacionales dominicanos Orlando Herrera-Pérez, alias “Rolo” y José Ramón Tejeda Guerrero, ambos requeridos por las autoridades de Estados Unidos y del nacional belga Roos Emanuel Martine Odiel, solicitada por Rumanía.
Mediante el Decreto 447-22 se dispone la entrega en extradición a Rumanía del nacional belga Roos Emanuel Martine Odiel, para cumplir la sentencia condenatoria núm. 58/2020, dictada por el Tribunal de Bihor el 6 de abril de 2020.
En tanto que, mediante el Decreto 448-22 se dispone la entrega en extradición a los Estados Unidos de América del nacional dominicano Orlando Herrera-Pérez, alias “Rolo”, por motivo de los cargos que se le imputan en la acusación formal denominada Caso Núm. 16 CRIM 388 (también llamado 1:16-cr-00388 y 16 Cr. 388) ante la Corte Distrital de los Estados Unidos para el Distrito Sur de Nueva York, del 3 de junio de 2016.
De igual forma, el Decreto 449-22 contiene la disposición de entrega en extradición a los Estados Unidos de América del nacional dominicano José Ramón Tejeda Guerrero, por motivo de los cargos que se le imputan en la acusación en el Caso núm. 6:12-cr-163-ORL-37-DAB, presentada el 18 de julio de 2012 en el Tribunal de Distrito de los Estados Unidos para el Distrito Central de Florida.
