Operativo Semana Santa 2023 transcurrió con normalidad en la provincia Samaná.

Samaná RD- Desde el jueves Santos,  las autoridades gubernamentales, de socorro, militares y municipales,  se encontraban desplegados en todos los balnearios y tramo carretero  de la zona evitando así hechos lamentables.

 

En tal sentido dieron apertura al operativo recibiendo a los cientos de vacacionistas en el Catey de Sánchez, allí de la mano de la Gobernadora Teodora Mullix, entre otras autoridades repartieron brochure con las indicaciones de los balnearios y lugares permitido de visitar por instrucciones del COE.

 

El Viernes Santos, al tener los informes de meteorología con la alerta de una vaguada fueron clausurados los balnearios de ríos y otros afluentes de la zona.

 

Para el Sábado Santo, los organismos de socorro continuaron con el operativo, tanto en el municipios de Las Terrenas, cómo también en Sánchez, Santa Bárbara, Las Galeras, el Limón y Arroyo Barril, estaban abarrotados de visitantes.

 

Destacar que cada año en este asueto de Semana Santa, se presentan en las paradisíacas playas de Las Terrenas grandes presentaciones artística, esta vez no fue la excepción, gracias a la marca de cerveza República y la  Alcaldía estuvieron en escena, los artistas Chimbala, Chiquito Team Band, Shadow Blow,  El Alfa, Kiko el Crazy, y muchos más.

 

El municipio de Sánchez, esta vez no se quedó atrás, también pudo realizar un gran fiestón en la playa de Las Garitas, donde se presentaron varios exponente de la música urbana como también de la bachata, con el apoyo de cervecería presidente, la alcaldía, entre otras marcas.

 

Se reportaron algunos choques automovilísticos principalmente en el tramo carretero, Sánchez, Las Terrenas, sin nada humano que lamentar.

 

Ya para el domingo Santo, los vacacionistas empezaron a regresar a su provincia de destino, más los organismos de socorros entre ellos, Defensa Civil, Cruz Roja, como también militares realizaron bandereos en los principales tramos carreteros.

 

Destacar que estuvo por la provincia   el General Eduardo Alberto Then, director nacional de la policía, con el objetivo de inspeccionar y darle seguimiento al plan de seguridad municipal, quien aprovechó para anunciar que por instrucciones del señor Presidente Luis Abinader, la entrega de una camioneta nueva y tres motocicletas para fortalecer el plan de seguridad.

 

También estuvo por la provincia el director del INTRANT, Hugo Beras, quién trajo consigo  herramientas de viabilidad y personal de apoyo para el operativo Semana Santa 2023.

 

Un punto negativo solo fue el reprochable comportamiento de parte  de los visitantes quienes contaminaron  las playas de basuras.
