Gobierno del presidente Abinader cierra año 2022 con más de 50,000 títulos de propiedad y hoy Samaná entregaron 437.
Santa Bárbara, Samaná.-Como parte del compromiso del presidente Luis Abinader de garantizar a los dominicanos el disfrute de una vivienda, propiedad o espacio en el que vivir felices y seguros, durante su gestión de Gobierno se han entregado 50,143 certificados de títulos de propiedad.
La información la dió a conocer el presidente de la Unidad Técnica Ejecutora de Titulación de Terrenos del Estado, Mérido Torres, durante el acto en el que el presidente Abinader entregó una primera partida de 200 títulos de propiedad de un total de 437, en el polideportivo de Santa Bárbara, Samaná, como parte del Plan Nacional de Titulación.
El mandatario manifiestó que con la entrega de los títulos solo hay justicia y beneficios y apuntó que entregar títulos de propiedad es una acción de justicia social, de desarrollo económico, de calidad de vida que tiene todos los beneficios de una política pública.
«Sin el trabajo y la dedicación día a día del Gobierno esto no sale. Hoy tenemos más de 400 títulos, vamos a entregar hoy unos 200 porque las otras no fueron localizadas y tienen algunas dificultades, pero en realidad son casi 900 los títulos alrededor de la ciudad de Samaná que tiene esta dificultad y los cuales estamos trabajando», precisó Abinader.
Agregó que la entrega de los títulos de propiedad tienen un gran significado, por que esto les asegura a los beneficiarios que esa es su propiedad y no vendrá ninguna persona a aprovecharse.
«Esto significa hoy que ustedes van a poder dormír más tranquilos y tranquilas en sus casas y esto como dijo Mérido, solo se logra con el apoyo de un gobierno que hoy no le está haciendo un favor a ustedes, que hoy está haciendo justicia en Samaná», destacó.
Además, el presidente Abinader dijo que en Samaná están realizando otras obras pero con la de hoy se trae justicia, tranquilidad, paz y desarrollo económico a más 400 familias en esta primera etapa y más adelante en una segunda etapa, a unas 800.
El gobernante expresó que decidió entregar estos títulos hoy 23 de diciembre, un día antes de Nochebuena, para llevar alegría a estas familias de Villa Salma, La Mezcla y El Millón, que llevaban años esperando para que este sea el regalo de Navidad del Gobierno a este municipio de Samaná.
En tanto, el presidente de la Unidad Técnica Ejecutora de Titulación de Terrenos del Estado, Mérido Torres, indicó que el proyecto de titulación de Samaná beneficiara a un total de 437 familias, a quienes les aseguró que ya son los propietarios legales y definitivos de sus viviendas y solares.
Asimismo, Torres dijo que los títulos de propiedad, proceso que fue asumido en su totalidad por el gobierno dominicano, le ahorraron a los beneficiarios un total de RD$34 millones 960 mil pesos.
Agregó: «Si los mismos hubiesen realizado los trabajos de manera particular cada propiedad hubiese pagado un mínimo de RD$ 80,000.00, dejando claro que este monto es para solares de un metraje pequeño».
Más beneficiados en 2023
Torres informó que la Comisión de Titulación tiene en proceso un total de 81,350 resultantes y ya han identificado para trabajar en los primeros meses del año entrante un total de 52,680 resultantes en todo el territorio nacional.
«Presidente si hacemos una simple suma matemática de las dos últimas cantidades podemos decir que ya tenemos 134,030 resultantes que se convertirán en títulos de propiedad y que junto a usted estaremos entregando en el próximo año», destacó.
Durante el acto, recibieron sus títulos definitivos de manos del presidente Abinader, Julián Emilio Bodden De La Cruz, Tomasa De Los Santos, George Winston Anderson, Jorge Pereyra Rosario, Xiomara Devers Roustand, Marcelo De Jesús Encarnación Lantigua, Martin Ureña Zalazar, José Antonio Luis y Margarita Alcalá Shephard.
En representación de los titulados habló Francisco Virgilio Mercado de Peña, agradeció al presidente por la entrega de los títulos de propiedad a los habitantes de Samaná, que según dijo ahora podrán si podrán celebrar felices la Navidad.
«Para nosotros era una utopía, era una mentira y el señor presidente nos ha dicho que aquí están sus títulos samanenses, mi promesa está cumplida», expresó Mercado de Peña.
Acompañaron al presidente Abinader el ministro Administrativo de la Presidencia, José Ignacio Paliza; los directores de Bienes Nacionales y CEA, Rafael Burgos; del Instituto Agrario Dominicano, Francisco Guillermo García y de Catastro Nacional, Héctor Pérez Mirambeaux.
También, el administrador general del Banco Agrícola, Fernando Durán; la gobernadora de la Provincia de Samaná, Teodora Múlix Geraldino, el Sub Director de titulación Francisco Sandoval, la Viceministra de la mujer Amada Manzueta, el alcalde del municipio de Santa Bárbara de Samaná, Nelson Núñez, el de Sánchez, Ynocencio de Jesús, entre otros Alcalde y directores de la provincia, El cónsul de Honduras, Luis Genaro, dr, Demetrio Vicente, entre otras personalidades del gobierno.
