Contraloría muestra documento donde remite informe al PEPCA sobre pagos y libramientos caso Donald Guerrero.

Santo Domingo, RD. La Contraloría General de la República mostró el documento que confirma que firmó y envió a la Procuraduría Especializada de Persecución de la Corrupción Administrativa (PEPCA), que encabeza el procurador adjunto Wilson Camacho, el informe de investigación sobre el caso de corrupción del exministro de Hacienda Donald Guerrero.

En el documento de fecha 19 de octubre del 2021, el contralor Catalino Correa Hiciano, remite al Produrador Adjunto de la Procuraduría Especializada de persecución de la Corrupción Administrativa (PEPCA) remite el informe de investigación sobre pagos y libramientos elaborados por concepto de Deuda Pública, por expropiación y simulación de compra-venta de terrenos del Estado.

El informe fue recibido por el PEPCA el 21 de octubre 2021, así consta en el documento sellado y firmado por la institución.

Este fin de semana, el jurista Ángel Lockward, quien figura en el listado de 209 personas contra quienes el Ministerio Público solicitó a un juez la autorización para la obtención de informe financiero respecto a una investigación abierta en contra del exministro de Hacienda, Donald Guerrero Ortiz, restó credibilidad al «Informe de Auditoría”, que fue tomado como en cuenta para dicha solicitud.

Sostuvo que la resolución No.17-02-2022 evacuada el 23 de agosto pasado por la jueza Kenya Romero, coordinadora de los juzgados de la instrucción del Distrito Nacional, que autoriza el informe financiero, está se basa en un supuesto “Informe de Auditoría” que ha sido declarado falso por el Contralor, quien dijo por escrito al tribunal que no lo había visto, ni firmado, ni tramitado.
