El Clústers Turístico y la Asociación de Hoteles y Empresas Turísticas de Samaná, celebró hoy el VII encuentro anual para el desarrollo turístico de Samaná, con el lema Samaná un destino de película, dicha actividad contó con la presencia del Ministro de Turismo David Collado, autoridades provinciales, municipales y ejecutivos de los diferentes hoteles de la provincia.
La palabra de bienvenida estuvo a cargo del Sr. Jesús Durán, presidente del Clústers Turístico de Samaná, quien expresó agradecimiento a los presentes por acudir a la convocatoria y ser parte del desarrollo del turismo y más ahora, uniendo fuerzas a la industria del cine.
El primer expositor, el Sr. Carlos Aguilar, socio y director de la oficina GVA con sede en República Dominicana, en su ponencia habló del diseño de experiencia, nuevas estrategias para vender el destino turístico, que no solo sea hotel y dormitorio, sino también que el turista pueda disfrutar de la naturaleza, de la gastronomía pero que también se sienta libre a elegir lo que quiere hacer o disfrutar.
El segundo expositor, el Sr. Albert Martínez, Chief Operating Officer Lantica Media, habló del Impacto del cine en el turismo en la República Dominicana y el mundo, la cinematografía a logrado ser una vía de muestra de los maravillosos lugares que tenemos y un ejemplo de eso es Samaná, manifestó los grandes proyectos cinematográficos que se han firmado en esta provincia y las que están propuesta grabar en este paraíso natural.
En el evento también estuvo presente la Directora General de Cine, Mariana Vargas Gurilieva, quien agradeció el apoyo que se le está dando al cine desde el turismo, habló que gracias a ese interés, ambas industrias serán beneficiadas en gran manera.
Por otro lado, el Ministro de Turismo, David Collado, instó a mantener la unidad por el turismo de Samaná, que se están dando los pasos de avances para lograrlo, habló de las grandes obras que se están realizando y las que a partir de diciembre se llevarán a cabo para el fortalecimiento de la industria turística y el de las personas de la provincia, manifestó los grandes esfuerzos que ha logrado el Estado Dominicano y el Presidente Abinader, en la reactivación del turismo, aún en medio de la pandemia.
El Clústers Turístico y la Asociación de Hoteles y Empresas Turísticas de Samaná, en estos encuentros reconocen a uno de los directores de distritos municipales, alcaldes y a los patrocinadores platinum, está vez el ganador como mejor Director de Distrito Municipal, fue el Sr. Fernando Mercado, del Limón, como mejor alcalde, el Sr. William Esteban, de Las Terrenas, las empresas reconocidas fueron Banreservas, Banco Popular y Grupo Piñeiro.
En la clausura del VII encuentro anual para el desarrollo turístico de Samaná, celebrado en Puerto Bahía, el Sr. Juan Bancalari, presidente de AHETSA, Asociación de Hoteles y Empresas Turísticas de Samaná, dijo sentirse agradecido y feliz de haber visto en ese encuentro todos los sectores de la provincia unidos con el fin de impulsar el turismo ahora de la mano del cine, también felicitó al gobierno y al ministro David Collado, porqué han generado confianza para la reactivación del turismo.
